    摘要: In one embodiment of a method of decoding a first frame sequence layer, at least one motion vector of an image block in a frame of the first frame sequence layer is determined based on scaling a motion vector for an image block in a frame of a second frame sequence layer. The motion vector for the image block in the frame of the second frame sequence layer is scaled based on a display size difference between frames in the second frame sequence layer and frames in the first frame sequence layer. A display size of frames in the second frame sequence layer is different than a display size of frames in the first frame sequence layer, and the second frame sequence layer does not include a frame temporally coincident with the frame of the first frame sequence layer. The image block in the frame of the first frame sequence layer is decoded based on the determined motion vector.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electrolyte comprising a eutectic mixture formed of: (a) an amide group-containing compound; and (b) a lithum-free ionizable salt. An electrochemical device comprising the electrolyte is also disclosed. The electrolyte improves the quality of and electrochemical device due to the excellent conductivity of the metal cation contained in the eutectic mixture, a broad electrochemical window and low viscosity. Additionally, since the eutectic mixture has excellent thermal and chemical stability, it is possible to solve the problems of evaporation, exhaustion and ignition of electrolytes, to minimize side reactions between constitutional elements of the device and the electrolyte, and to improve the safety of the electrochemical device.

    摘要: A method for encoding video signals by inverse motion compensated temporal filtering where video frames of a base layer are used to encode video frames of an enhanced layer into predicted images. For each image block in an arbitrary frame in an enhanced layer frame sequence, an area including a block, which is present in a base layer frame temporally coincident with the arbitrary frame and is at the same position as the image block, is enlarged according to the ratio between screen sizes of the two layers. A reference block most highly correlated with the image block is searched for in the enlarged area in the temporally coincident base layer frame through motion estimation and is used to obtain pixel difference values and a motion vector of the image block for encoding the image block into a predicted image, thereby improving coding efficiency.
