    摘要: Sub-pixel rendering with gamma adjustment allows the luminance of the sub-pixel arrangement to match the non-linear gamma response of the human eye's luminance channel. For each of a subset of input sampled data indicating a region of an input image, a gamma-adjusted data value is generated for each input image data value in the subset using a local average of at least two input image data values. A sub-pixel rendering operation uses the subset of gamma-adjusted data values and the subset of input image data values to produce an output data value for each sub-pixel element on the display panel. A plurality of output data values collectively indicates an output image. The gamma adjustment allows the sub-pixel rendering to operate independently of the actual gamma of a display device. The sub-pixel rendering techniques with gamma adjustment may improve image contrast in high spatial frequency portions of an image.

    摘要: A panel latch system includes a chassis and a plurality of panels mounted on the chassis in a closed position. A latch body is mounted on the chassis for latched engagement with the panels. The latch body is spring loaded so as to be movable between a static position and a plurality of displaced positions for unlatching the panels. A first latch portion on the latch body is provided for releasing a first panel in response to the latch body being moved in a first direction from the static position to a first displaced position. A second latch portion on the latch body is provided for releasing a second panel in response to the latch body being moved in a second direction from the static position to a second displaced position.

    摘要: A method, system and computer-readable medium process data for a display that includes color sub-pixels. Pixel data in a first subpixel format is received and converted to sub-pixel rendered data, generating sub-pixel rendered data in a second subpixel format, different from the first subpixel format. Converting the pixel data to the sub-pixel rendered data includes applying a first color balancing filter when at least one of a black horizontal line, a black vertical line, a white horizontal line, a white vertical line, a black edge, and a white edge is not detected in the pixel data. A second color balancing filter is applied if intensities of first and second color sub-pixels of the pixel data being converted are not equal. The sub-pixel rendered data is outputted for rendering on a display substantially comprising the second subpixel format.
