Abstract: The present disclosure describes a communication method, including: sending, by a user equipment (UE), a request message to a micro network node, so that the micro network node sends an indication message to a macro network node; receiving an uplink resource sent according to the indication message by the macro network node; and sending uplink signaling or uplink data to the macro network node according to the uplink resource. The present disclosure further describes a corresponding device and system. The micro network node participates in accessing the user equipment (UE) to a network so that a UE can rapidly access the network and reduce access delay.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, and provide a communications method and apparatus, which can solve a problem in the prior art that, in order to save power, when a mobility management entity (MME) delays delivering a paging message or a UE uses a long discontinuous reception (DRX) period, an exception may occur in a serving gateway (SGW). The method includes: acquiring, by an MME, information of a UE (S101); determining, by the MME according to the information, whether the UE satisfies a first preset condition (S102); if the UE satisfies the first preset condition, generating, by the MME, a first indication, where the first indication is used for instructing an SGW to retain first data or discard first data, and the first data is downlink data of the UE (S103); and sending, by the MME, the first indication to the SGW.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS). The method for semi-persistent scheduling includes: interacting, by a first user equipment, with a base station to obtain an SPS resource allocated by the base station; performing, by the first user equipment, device-to-device (D2D) communication with second user equipment by using the SPS resource; and after the D2D communication ends, sending, by the first user equipment, release indication information to the base station, so that the base station releases the SPS resource. In embodiments of the present disclosure, after D2D communication ends, the first user equipment sends a release indication message to a base station, so that the base station can release an SPS resource, preventing waste of resources.
