摘要： N-alkylated 1,4-dihydropyridinedicarboxylic acid esters can be prepared either by reaction of aldehydes with acetoacetic esters and amines, optionally with isolation of the corresponding ylidene compounds, or by reaction of aminocrotonic acid esters with ylidene compounds and subsequent alkylation of the NH function. The N-alkylated 1,4-dihydropyridinedicarboxylic acid esters can be employed as active compounds in medicaments, in particular as cerebral therapeutics.

摘要： Enteral pharmaceutical compositions containing medicinal agents having parenteral abuse potential are rendered resistant to aqueous extraction through the incorporation of a sufficient amount of a nontoxic, water gelable material. Attempts to extract the medicinal agent for parenteral abuse are thus inhibited or prevented since the material gels in the presence of water leaving no filterable liquid.

摘要： A new class of N'-(aminoacylaminophenyl) acetamidines: ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or the substituted derivatives thereof or, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, an heterocyclic ring; and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, or a heterocyclic moiety including the substituted derivatives thereof. The products have utility as anthelmintics.The products are obtained by treating a suitable amino-acid or a carbonyl-activated amino-acid, with the appropriate N'-(4-aminophenyl)-N,N-dimethylacetamidine. In addition, the products are obtained by treating a suitable N'-(haloacylaminophenylacetamidine with an appropriate amine.
