    摘要: A connection structure of a portable information apparatus is described in the present invention. The connection structure includes a connector and a switch module. The connector has a first interface and a second interface. Therein, the connector is used to connect with a display processing device via the first interface or connect with an extensive device via the second interface. When the connector connects to the display processing device, the switch module switches signals provided by the display processing device and a built-in display processing device of the portable information apparatus. In this way, the portable information apparatus can selectively use the display processing device and the extensive device via a connector.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electronic device having a multilayered structure consisting of (a) a substrate, (b) an electroconductive layer of lanthanum nickel oxide LaNiO3 having a perovskite structure formed on the substrate surface and (c) a dielectric layer of PZT having an oriented perovskite structure formed on the electroconductive layer. The device exhibits excellent piezoelectric effect under mechanical stress and stable hysteresis phenomenon of electric polarization under application of electric fields so that the device is useful as a stress sensor and as a memory device. A method for the preparation of the multilayered device is disclosed.

    摘要: A semiconductor wafer has integrated circuits formed thereon and a top passivation layer applied. The passivation layer is patterned and selectively etched to expose contact pads on each semiconductor die. The wafer is exposed to ionized gas causing the upper surface of passivation layer to roughen and to slightly roughen the upper surface of the contact pads. The wafer is cut to form a plurality of semiconductor dies each with a roughened passivation layer. The plurality of semiconductor dies are placed on an adhesive layer and a reconstituted wafer formed. Redistribution layers are formed to complete the semiconductor package having electrical contacts for establishing electrical connections external to the semiconductor package, after which the wafer is singulated to separate the dice.
