    摘要: An IC chip, a board, information processing equipment, and a storage medium are provided that can prevent, even when information is transferred between a plurality of programs, leaking of the right protection algorithm of information in connection with the transfer. A security board is included an IC chip having a secure module. The secure module receives an encryption key request signal, and generates a communication encryption key every time when the encryption key request signal is received, the communication encryption key being used to encrypt information to be transferred between a plurality of programs. The number of times the communication encryption key is supplied is counted. If the counted number is equal to or less than a predetermined number, the communication encryption key is supplied to outside. If the counted number exceeds the predetermined number, the supply of the generated communication encryption key to outside is stopped.

    摘要: In a system for receiving and storing broadcast content data, a reception and storage device receives and stores a portion of broadcast content data in a storage unit, and then generates and stores a first piece of error check data for the data portion. The reception and storage device receives, from a further device, a second piece of error check data for a portion of the broadcast content data corresponding to the data portion stored in the storage unit, compares the first piece of error check data with the second piece of error check data to determine whether the first piece of error check data is valid, receives, if the first piece of error check data is determined to be invalid, the corresponding data portion associated with the second piece of error check data, from another reception and storage device, and corrects the stored data portion in the storage unit based on the received corresponding data portion.

    摘要: To prevent a thick gate oxide film from being damaged by a cleaning and hydrofluoric-acid treatment preprocess performed prior to formation of a thin gate oxide film. A thick first gate oxide film is formed, and an insulating film, having etching resistance against the cleaning and hydrofluoric-acid treatment process for formation of thin second gate oxide film, is formed in an upper region of the first gate oxide film. A resist is then formed in a region where a thick gate insulating film is to be formed, and etching is performed on the first gate oxide film with the resist as a mask. The resist is stripped, then cleaning and hydrofluoric-acid treatment are performed on the silicon surface in a region where a thin gate insulating film is to be formed, and the thin second gate oxide film is formed.

    摘要: In a program execution method in which a program to be executed is stored in a central unit and a terminal unit acquires the program from the central unit and executes the program, when the central unit receives an acquisition request from the terminal unit, it creates a load module different from the program, which produces the same computation results and differs in the location where essential information is to be embedded, and transmits the load module to the terminal unit together with the essential information necessary for executing the program. The terminal unit receives the program, stores the program on a memory, and executes the program based on the embedded essential information. This method makes it difficult for malicious third parties to illegally execute the program by reverse analysis, and enhances the security of the load module to be executed.
