摘要: The present invention provides a rolling bearing in which an oxide layer of an iron/chromium oxide series is formed at a thickness of from 1 to 1000 nm to at least one of raceway surfaces of bearing rings or rolling contact surfaces of rolling elements and a manufacturing method thereof. The oxide layer can inhibit hydrogen formed by decomposition of water incorporated in the lubricants from intruding into the matrix of the bearing members, thereby preventing early peeling for the raceway surfaces of the bearing rings or the rolling contact surfaces of the rolling elements and, thus, greatly improving the rolling life. The oxide layer can be formed simply by merely tempering the bearing member and then applying a re-heating treatment in air at a temperature lower than the tempering temperature.

摘要: An outer ring 2 as a stationary ring is fabricated with a steel material having the composition as shown under. The steel material contains, as alloying elements, C 0.80 to 1.10 wt %, Si 0.20 to 0.50 wt %, Mn 0.2 to 1.0 wt %. It also contains any two kinds or more of Cr, Mo and V at rates of Cr: 1.2 to 3.5 wt %, Mo: 0.5 to 1.5 wt % and V: 0.2 to 1.0 wt %. The containing rates of Cr, Mo and V satisfy the under mentioned formula (1). It further contains Ti and/or Cu at rates of Ti: 0.05 to 0.20 wt % and Cu: 0.2 to 2.0 wt % 1.8≦[Cr]×0.6+[Mo]×0.5+[V]≦3.0  (1). Accordingly, it is possible to remarkably lengthen the life of a rolling bearing such as a bearing for alternator to be used under high vibration and high load.

摘要: An inner ring 3 of the rolling bearing is formed by a steel material having the following composition. This steel material contains as alloying constituents C, Si, Mn and Cr in an amount of from 0.65 to 1.20% by weight, from 0.10 to 0.70% by weight, from 0.20 to 1.20% by weight and from 0.20 to 1.80% by weight, respectively, and has an oxygen content of not more than 16 ppm. The content of retained austenite left after heat treatment is from 0 to 6% by volume and the surface hardness HRC of the bearing surface is from not less than 57 to not more than 65. Accordingly, it is possible to drastically prolong the lifetime of a rolling bearing operating under high vibration and load such as bearing for alternator.

摘要: The difference signal indicating a difference between the output of the horizontal deflection circuit unit and a desired horizontal raster signal is converted into a digital signal corresponding to the difference signal by the A/D converter. The converted digital signal is outputted to the digital signal processor. The digital signal processor performs a feedback control of raster width by digital operations. The digital signal processor outputs the result signal of the operation to the D/A converter where the result signal is converted into an analog result signal. The analog signal is sent to the horizontal deflection circuit unit where the power to be supplied to the deflection yoke is controlled.

摘要: A vertical deflection waveform generating apparatus is provided to have a memory in which a function of a vertical deflection waveform is previously stored. The function is a function with an order of horizontal scanning lines in which linearity of a raster is corrected as a parameter. The vertical deflection waveform generating apparatus generates a vertical deflection waveform by a digital signal processing circuit substituting a scanning order of the next scanning line in the parameter of the function, and sequentially outputting vertical deflection voltage at each time of detection of a horizontal synchronizing signal. Further, in order to reduce raster moire, timing for generating the vertical deflection waveform is offset for each frame.

摘要: A rolling bearing long in service life in which the rolling contact surfaces of the rolling elements and the mating member thereof are prevented from peeling damage. In a rolling bearing used in boundary lubrication state, the surface roughnesses of the rolling contact surfaces of each of the rolling elements and the mating member thereof are in a range of from 0.15 to 0.5 .mu.mRa when represented by central line average roughness, and the ratio thereof is 3 or smaller, whereby the surface roughnesses can be obtained in combination which are most suitable for decreasing the probabilities of the surface damage being caused in the surface layers of the rolling contact surfaces of the mating member and each rolling element. Hence, stresses are locally set up in the surface layers of the rolling contact surfaces which are smaller than the allowable shearing stress, so that the rolling contact surfaces are prevented from the peeling damage.
