    摘要: A tunable laser includes a reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA), a grating codirectional coupler, and a reflective microring resonator. The grating codirectional coupler and the reflective microring resonator are both formed on a silicon base. An anti-reflection film is disposed on a first end surface of the reflective SOA, and the first end surface is an end surface, coupled to a first waveguide of the grating codirectional coupler, of the reflective SOA. A second waveguide of the grating codirectional coupler is coupled to the first waveguide, a first grating is disposed on the first waveguide, a second grating disposed opposite to the first grating is disposed on the second waveguide, and the first grating and the second grating constitute a narrow-band pass filter. The second waveguide is connected to the reflective microring resonator.

The method includes: determining whether a first condition is met, where the first condition includes that a time-frequency resource for sending a first beam and a time-frequency resource for sending a second beam overlap, a ratio of interference of the first beam to the second beam to noise floor of a receiver is greater than a first threshold, and a ratio of interference of the second beam to the first beam to the noise floor of the receiver is greater than the first threshold; and reducing transmit power of the first beam and transmit power of the second beam when the first condition is met.

The at least two channels of first sub-signals are respective output from at least two first output ends to at least two first antenna arrays.     摘要: A synchronization method including: receiving, by a terminal, a system message on a first downlink carrier, where the system message includes first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information indicates a frequency domain range of a first uplink carrier, the second indication information indicates a frequency domain range of a second downlink carrier, and a frequency of the first uplink carrier is presynchronized with a frequency of the second downlink carrier; and receiving, by the terminal, a synchronization signal on the second downlink carrier, to implement frequency synchronization with the first uplink carrier. According to the synchronization method in NR-LTE co-existence, a terminal can implement frequency synchronization with an LTE uplink carrier, so that the terminal can perform uplink transmission by using a frequency domain resource in the LTE uplink carrier.
