Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method that includes sending, by a base station, first scheduling information to first UE. The first scheduling information instructs the first UE to send data to second UE based on the first scheduling information. The method includes receiving, by the base station, first feedback information sent by the first UE. The method includes sending, by the base station, second scheduling information to the first UE if the first feedback information indicates that the second UE fails to receive the data. Embodiments of this application further provide a base station, UE, and a data transmission system. In embodiments of this application, the first UE may perceive a data receiving status of the second UE by receiving the first feedback information, so that a corresponding resource can be assigned again for data retransmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a resource request message sent by first user equipment; identifying, according to the resource request message, a level type corresponding to the first user equipment; if the level type is a high priority type, and a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool is less than a first preset threshold, or a quantity of required resource blocks that is calculated and a modulation and coding scheme is greater than a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool, allocating a V2V resource to the first user equipment. By means of the V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus, quality of service of user equipment of a high priority type can be ensured.

Abstract: A synchronization method includes: determining a data signal, where a target sequence in the data signal is mapped to at least one symbol that includes the first symbol within a time unit, data in the data signal is mapped to at least one another symbol in the time unit other than the at least one symbol, the first symbol includes a cyclic prefix, and the target sequence is used by a second device to synchronize the data signal; and sending the data signal to the second device in the time unit. In the present disclosure, a sequence used to synchronize a data signal for each transmission is mapped at an equal spacing to at least one symbol that includes the first symbol within a time unit for the current transmission.

Abstract: Example scheduling assignment information transmission methods, systems, and devices are described. One example method includes obtaining, by a user equipment (UE), a multiplexing manner used to indicate a relationship between a time-frequency resource for transmitting scheduling assignment information and a time-frequency resource for transmitting data information. The UE receives downlink control information comprising scheduling assignment resource indication information sent by a network device, and obtains, based on the scheduling assignment resource indication information and the multiplexing manner, resource location information occupied to transmit the scheduling assignment information. The UE can then transmit the scheduling assignment information based on the resource location information occupied by the scheduling assignment information.

Abstract: This application discloses a method for selecting a plurality of carriers and a related device. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes at least one piece of first carrier information and corresponding first channel congestion parameter information; obtaining first data; selecting at least one direct link transmission carrier for the first data according to the first carrier information and in a priority sequence based on the first channel congestion parameter information; and sending the first data on the direct link transmission carrier.

Abstract: Embodiments provide user equipment includes a processor and a transmitter. The processor determines a time domain resource within a T2 time length based on second time domain resource indication information, where the second time domain resource indication information indicates a time domain resource occupied for data transmission within a T1 time length, and T2 is twice of T1. The processor further generates second control information, where the second control information includes the second time domain resource indication information. The transmitter sends the second control information. The transmitter further sends data on the time domain resource that is determined within the T2 time length. In this way, only a time domain pattern with a half time length of a period is defined, so that total time domain patterns in a system are applicable to a vehicle-to-vehicle communication scenario. In addition, time domain resource indication information occupies fewer bits, thereby saving system resources.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method. In a process of splitting and sending a data packet, after dividing a data packet to be sent to a destination node into multiple sub data packets, a front end node performs inter-packet combination encoding on the sub data packets in a combination encoding mode, and sends obtained encoded sub data packet groups to the destination node. Even if a channel state of a transmission path suddenly deteriorates, because the destination node does not need to wait to receive all encoded sub data packet groups provided that an original data packet can be parsed out by combining content in a received encoded sub data packet group and a corresponding decoding mode, a process in which the destination node receives the data packet is less affected by a sudden network case, and transmission efficiency is not significantly affected.
