Abstract: Methods of acquiring cellular and tissue vibrational patterning to identify signatures capable to induce pluripotency and commitment towards defined lineages, as well as survival under hostile conditions (i.e. oxidative stress) in both human adult stem cells and human adult somatic cells are described. Specifically, the invention relates to the delivery of such signatures to human adult stem cells or human adult somatic cells to induce specific differentiation processes and promote survival to hostile environmental conditions. Further methods are described of targeting tissue resident in vivo to retrieve their ability to sustain self-healing process, therefore affording a Regenerative Medicine executed without the needs for (stem) cell or tissue transplantation.

Abstract: The invention is directed to isolated genomic polynucleotide fragments that encode human SNARE YKT6, human glucokinase, human adipocyte enhancer binding protein (AEBP1) and DNA directed 50 kD regulatory subunit (POLD2), vectors and hosts containing these fragments and fragments hybridizing to noncoding regions as well as antisense oligonucleotides to these fragments. The invention is further directed to methods of using these fragments to obtain SNARE YKT6, human glucokinase, AEBP1 protein and POLD2 and to diagnose, treat, prevent and/or ameliorate a pathological disorder.

Abstract: An integrated circuit plasma processing system, apparatus and method for reclaiming material, such as a plasma precursor and potentially useful components among their byproducts, from plasma-enhanced exhaust of a plasma process chamber for subsequent reuse in the chamber. The apparatus provides a recycle feedback loop for a plasma process chamber that provides the high purity materials necessary for microelectronic applications. Since the apparatus is in-situ, no byproducts that are not already present are possible. Accordingly, the apparatus guarantees purity of the recycled material. In addition to cost savings, the invention provides an environmentally friendly plasma process chamber and apparatus with very little production of waste.
