After the data have been transmitted, the power source of the position data-obtaining means is again turned off to conserve battery power.

摘要： In accordance with one aspect of the invention, a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided wherein an input circuit is formed by a phase split circuit having a bipolar transistor which outputs an inverted output from the collector and a non-inverted output from the emitter. The emitter follower output circuit is driven by an inverted output of the phase split circuit. Meanwhile, an emitter load of the emitter follower output circuit is formed by a transistor, and the emitter load transistor is temporarily driven conductively by a charging current of the capacitance to be charged by the rising edge of the non-inverted output of the phase split circuit. As a second aspect of the invention, a logic circuit is formed of a logic portion and an output portion. The output portion includes an emitter follower output transistor receiving an output signal generated by the logic portion and an active pull-down transistor receiving at its base a signal supplied thereto through a capacitance element. The signal received by the active pull-down transistor has a phase reverse to that of the input signal supplied to the base of said output transistor. Between the base and emitter of the active pull-down transistor, there is disposed a bias circuit formed of a transistor receiving at its base a predetermined bias voltage and an emitter resistor. Further, between a junction point of the emitter follower output transistor and the active pull-down transistor and the emitter of the transistor as a constituent of the bias circuit, there is disposed a capacitance element for feeding back the output signal.

摘要： In accordance with one aspect of the invention, a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided wherein an input circuit is formed by a phase split circuit having a bipolar transistor which outputs an inverted output from the collector and a non-inverted output from the emitter. 摘要： A hydraulic braking pressure control system which includes a sleeve slidably received in a housing with opposite ends facing an output chamber connected to a brake device, and a pilot chamber connected to a control hydraulic pressure source. A control piston is slidably received in the sleeve, with one end of the control piston facing the output chamber and the other end facing a control chamber connected to the control hydraulic pressure source through a lock valve which is adapted to be closed in response to the movement of the sleeve, in a direction to increase the volume of the output chamber. A cut-off valve located between an input chamber leading to a master cylinder and the output chamber includes a valve member having a maximum amount of movement in a seating direction which is regulated to a position of the valve member spaced apart from a valve seat when a valve seat member follows movement of the sleeve in a direction to reduce the volume of the pilot chamber to the maximum amount. This ensures that the opening of the cut-off valve and tight closing of the control chamber upon an abnormal reduction of the control hydraulic pressure from the control hydraulic pressure reduction source can be achieved with a simplified system.

The valve piston has a leading end which is oil-tightly and movably passed through the guide member to project into said booster chamber, and the valve piston is perforated with an oil supply passage which permits the communication between the input hydraulic pressure chamber and the booster chamber as the inlet valve is opened.

摘要： A blood collector includes a cylindrical body having a closed end and an open end, and a hollow body is arranged coaxially at the closed end of the cylindrical body and has a hole communicating with the interior of the cylindrical body. A columnar body is arranged within the cylindrical body to be in tight contact with an inner wall thereof, with a distal end defining a blood collection space with the closed end of the cylindrical body. Further, the columnar body has a hole which allows the blood collection space to communicate with the outside. A freeze-dried blood anticoagulant mass is placed inside the blood collection space to cover an inner surface of the closed end of the cylindrical body and to block the hole of the hollow body. A filter is arranged across the hole of the columnar body. The filter is permeable to gases and impermeable to blood at least before being brought into contact with blood in the collection space.
