    摘要: A color registration method in a color image forming apparatus including a plurality of drum-type photoconductors for driving some or all of the photoconductors having the same diameter to match pitch fluctuations which correspond to a rotational cycle of the photoconductors, the method including: a first measurement step for forming a first registration image for each color and measuring formation positions of a plurality of predetermined portions in each registration image; a second measurement step for forming a second registration image for each color and measuring formation positions of a plurality of predetermined portions in each registration image; a calculation step for calculating a periodic fluctuation component being contained in the images in different colors and corresponding to the rotational cycle of the photoconductors so as to obtain phases thereof; and a step for adjusting a rotational phase of the photoconductors in order for the obtained phases matching to each other, wherein the interval between first and second registration images in the rotating direction is set such that disturbance components in which a cycle is assumed beforehand, cancel with each other by calculating the deviation.

    摘要: A straddle type vehicle includes a protrusion which is displaced together with a throttle valve, a lever pulley which is displaced in response to the rotation of a throttle grip, a spring and a control device. The spring generates elastic force to return the protrusion to a first original position when the lever pulley is in a second original position. The spring maintains the lever pulley in the second original position by being elastically deformed until the protrusion reaches a predetermined position in which the protrusion is displaced from the first original position in such a direction that the throttle valve opens when the lever pulley is in the second original position. The control device opens the throttle valve by displacing the protrusion until the protrusion reaches the predetermined position in a gear shift change when the throttle grip is fully closed.

    摘要: A fixing device of the present invention includes a pressure roller and a peeling roller both of which press a heat roller. The pressure roller is disposed upstream to the peeling roller in a transport direction of a recording paper. An outer diameter of the heat roller, an outer diameter of the pressure roller, and an outer diameter of the peeling roller decrease in this order. With this arrangement, it is possible to realize a fixing device which achieves a reduced size and reduced power requirements, while ensuring a fixing property and a peeling property with respect to a recording medium.Further, with an arrangement in which the pressure roller and the peeling roller which press the heat roller are disposed so that, in a cross section orthogonal to central axes of the heat roller, the pressure roller, and the peeling roller, a first orthogonal line being orthogonal to a first line that connects a center of the heat roller and a center of the pressure roller and passing through a nip portion between both of the rollers, comes into contact with a contact area in a predetermined area on a peripheral surface of the peeling roller, a fixing device of the present invention can transport the recording paper without causing a paper jam when plural pieces of recording paper stacked are transported.

The control electrode includes an insulating substrate, the aforementioned plurality of electrodes having a passage portion through which the toner passes provided in the insulating substrate, and a plurality of float electrodes having an opening provided such that at least part of the plurality of electrodes are directly or electrically exposed to the toner carrier, for making uniform an electric field formed between the toner carrier and the opposing electrode.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a charging roller for charging a surface of a photoconductive layer in a photoreceptor so as to have a prescribed polarity, a first exposing unit which is arranged on a downstream side of the charging roller on the basis of a direction in which the photoreceptor moves, a developer unit which is placed on a downstream side of the first exposing unit and which keeps toner, to which a charge with a polarity opposite to the prescribed polarity is applied, in contact with a photoconductive layer, and a second exposing unit for directing light generated according to an image signal to a back of the photoconductive layer at a contact position of the toner and the photoconductive layer. The first exposing unit directing light reflected from a document to which a light is applied to the surface of photoconductive layer so as to form a first electrostatic latent image. The second exposing unit forms a second electrostatic latent image by interlocking or synchronizing with the developing operation of the developer unit. This makes it possible to easily form a synthetic image at a high speed by superimposing characters printed by a printer function onto a copy image formed by a copying function, for example.
