    摘要: The present invention provides a light-transmitting electromagnetic wave-shielding material for use in displays or in-vehicle panels each having a polarizing plate or a retardation plate, wherein the light-transmitting electromagnetic wave-shielding material undergoes no generation of light interference fringes and is satisfactory in visibility even through sunglasses, goggles, glare-proof panels or glare-proof window materials having polarizing capability. By using unstretched light-transmitting organic polymer materials low in molecular orientation or small in molecular orientation unevenness as the base substrate of an electromagnetic wave-shielding layer, the light-transmitting electromagnetic wave-shielding material excellent in light interference fringe prevention capability can be obtained.

    摘要: This invention provides an examination method, an examination apparatus, and an examination program capable of performing the examination corresponding to the type or the like of the site to be examined and capable of reducing the examination time when examining the substrate.     摘要: An optical disc device performs tracking control using a light amount difference at two overlapping areas. The optical disc device includes a splitter, objective lens, detection-signal generator, tracking-signal generator, and driver. The splitter splits the light beam from a light source into a main beam and sub-beams. The objective lens converges the split beams and illuminates a signal-recording-layer track. The detection-signal generator receives reflected light beams and generates a detection signal according to the reflected-light-beam light amounts. The tracking-signal generator generates a tracking error signal on the basis of the detection signal. The driver drives the objective lens in a tracking direction on the basis of the tracking error signal. The splitter causes the light amounts of the overlapping areas at sub-reflected-light beams to be less than a light amount of an area other than the overlapping areas.

The inspection object drive mechanism moves the inspection object in the Y direction such that the X-ray detector can detect an X-ray transmitted through the inspection object at each image pickup position based on an instruction from the operation unit.

    摘要: An X-ray inspecting apparatus capable of high-speed inspection of a prescribed inspection area of an object of inspection is provided. The X-ray inspecting apparatus includes: a scanning X-ray source for outputting X-ray; an X-ray detector driving unit on which a plurality of X-ray detectors are mounted, and capable of driving the plurality of X-ray detectors independently; and an image acquisition control mechanism controlling acquisition of image data by X-ray detector driving unit and X-ray detectors. A scanning X-ray source emits X-ray while moving the X-ray focal point of the X-ray source to each of X-ray emission originating positions set for each X-ray detector such that the X-ray passes through a prescribed inspection area of an object of inspection and enters each X-ray detector. Image pick-up by some of the X-ray detectors and movement of other X-ray detectors to an image pick-up position are executed in parallel and alternately. An image acquisition control unit acquires the image data picked-up by X-ray detectors, and a computing unit reconstructs an image in the inspection area based on the image data.

    摘要: Disclosed is an optical lens which can be produced by injection molding on an industrial scale and which has a high refractive index, a low Abbe's number, a low birefringence index, a high transparency and a high glass transition temperature. The optical lens can be produced by injection molding of a polycarbonate resin (preferably having a reduced viscosity of 0.2 dl/g or higher and a glass transition temperature of 120 to 160° C.), wherein the polycarbonate resin is produced by reacting a diol component comprising 99 to 51 mol % of 9,9-bis(4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl)fluorene and 1 to 49 mol % of bisphenol A with a carbonate diester. It becomes possible to produce an optical lens preferably having a refractive index of 1.60 to 1.65, an Abbe's number of 30 or smaller, a birefringence index of 300 nm or lower and an all light transmittance of 85.0% or higher.
