摘要: A connection terminal which is adapted to be secured to an end of a wiring cord, and is adapted to be inserted and retained in a housing of a connector against withdrawal. The connection terminal includes a terminal body having a lance formed thereon by stamping. At least one of opposite side edge portions of the lance is bent to form a retaining portion, and a curl prevention portion is formed on that portion of the terminal body disposed rearwardly of a free end of the lance. That is, the curl prevention portion is formed by bending part of the terminal body, so that the curl prevention portion is opposed to a substantially entire surface of the free end of the lance.

摘要: A crimp connector is provided with a first housing and a second housing. The first housing has a first bottom wall and a first plurality of partition walls extending in a first direction. The second housing has a second bottom wall and a second plurality of partition walls extending in a second direction substantially parallel to the first direction. The first plurality and second plurality of partition walls align with each other during an assembly of the first and second housings to form the crimp connector. These partition walls also have end portions with a step-like configuration having a protruding portion and a cutout portion. A plurality of accommodating chambers are configured to hold a crimp terminal, each accommodating chamber being defined by the first bottom wall, the second bottom wall, and respective adjacent partition walls of the aligned first plurality of partition walls and second plurality of partition walls. The crimp connector has a center portion defined such that the accommodating chambers are substantially evenly disposed on either side of the center portion. One of the first plurality of partition walls and the second plurality of partition walls has the cutout portions facing away from the center portion of the crimp connector, while the other of the first plurality of partition walls and the second plurality of partition walls has the cutout portions facing toward the center portion.

摘要: An imaging apparatus analyzes a periodic pattern of a Moiré due to Talbot interference by the Fourier transform method and forms an image. The imaging apparatus includes a first grating having a structure that transmits light beams from a beam source to refract or diffract the light beams and forms a self image based on a first periodic pattern by the Talbot interference at a predetermined position; a second grating that absorbs part of the first periodic pattern and causes a Moiré to be generated based on a second periodic pattern when the second grating is arranged at a position at which the self image is formed. All cross sections of the Moiré with axes in differential directions of a wavefront for the analysis by the Fourier transform method have a two-dimensional periodic structure in which periods of patterns in the second periodic pattern are the same.

摘要: A magnetic head is provided for further improving a correlation between the dynamic characteristics and static characteristics. A lower magnetic shield layer, a magneto-resistive layer, and an upper magnetic shield layer are laminated on a base in this order. A lower lead layer and an upper lead layer apply a sense current to the magneto-resistive layer in a direction substantially perpendicular to the film plane thereof through the magnetic shield layers. The lower magnetic shield layer and upper magnetic shield layer have their shapes and sizes which substantially exactly overlap each other, when viewed in a laminating direction. The lower lead layer is electrically connected to the lower magnetic shield layer. At least a portion of the lower lead layer closer to the lower magnetic shield layer is made of a non-magnetic conductive material. The upper lead layer is electrically connected to the upper magnetic shield layer. At least a portion of the upper lead layer closer to the upper magnetic shield layer is made of a non-magnetic conductive material.
