摘要: A rotor body for an electric motor is comprised of connecting outer peripheral portions of first and second flange members made of electrically conductive material to the opposite ends of a plurality of connection members made of electrically conductive material of weak magnetic material arranged at predetermined distances therebetween in the circumferential direction with bolts and by supporting induction magnetic poles made of soft magnetic material between the connection members which are adjacent in the circumferential direction. Coupling portions of the first and second flange members and the connection member are electrically insulated by insulation coating so that an eddy current flowing in a closed circuit comprised of the first flange member, the connection member, the second flange member and the other connection member can be reduced and heat dissipation and energy loss accompanied by the eddy current can be minimized at the time of an operation.

摘要: An electric motor (M) includes first and second stators (12L, 12R) on the outside forming a rotating magnetic field, an outer rotor (13) disposed inside the first and second stators (12L, 12R) and having first and second induced magnetic poles (38L, 38R), and an inner rotor (14) disposed inside the outer rotor (13) and having first and second permanent magnet (52L, 52R). The phases of the first and second induced magnetic poles (38L, 38R) of the outer rotor (13) are displaced from each other by only half of a predetermined pitch, and the phases of the first and second permanent magnets (52L, 52R) of the inner rotor (14) are displaced from each other by only the predetermined pitch. Accordingly, the first and second stators (12L, 12R) facing the first induced magnetic poles (38L) and the second induced magnetic pole (38R) can be made to have the same phase and polarity, thus simplifying the structures of the first and second stators (12L, 12R).

[Solution] An electric motor 1 includes a plurality of first electromagnets 4a, armatures 5a, second electromagnets 6a, first cores 7a, and second cores 8a, which respectively have a plurality of first electromagnets 4a, armatures 5a, second electromagnets 6a, first cores 7a, and second cores 8a. When the polarity of the first armature magnetic pole of each armature 5a is different from that of a first magnetic pole of a first electromagnet 4a opposed thereto, the polarity of each second armature magnetic pole of the armature 5a is the same as the polarity of a second magnetic pole of a second electromagnet 6a. Further, when the first core 7a is positioned between the first magnetic pole and the first armature magnetic, the second core 8a is positioned between circumferentially adjacent two pairs of second armature magnetic poles and second magnetic poles.

摘要: A motor includes a stator having first and second armatures to form a rotating magnetic field, an inner rotor having first and second permanent magnets, and an outer rotor arranged between the stator and the inner rotor. The outer rotor has a rotor body which supports first and second induction magnetic poles such that they are embedded therein. A phase of the first induction magnetic pole is matched with a phase of the second induction magnetic pole. The first and second induction magnetic poles are assembled to the rotor body such that they are inserted into linear slits formed in the rotor body in the axis direction. Because the first and second induction magnetic poles are aligned in the axis direction, the outer rotor has a simple structure and an increased strength, and also support and assembling of the first and second induction magnetic poles in the outer rotor are facilitated.

摘要: A power plant which is capable of preventing losses due to power circulation and enhancing driving efficiency thereof in an EV operation mode. In the power plant 1, power transmission mechanisms PS1 and PS2 have first to fourth elements R1, C1, S2, S1, C2, and R2 configured such that they rotate during transmission of motive power therebetween while holding a collinear relationship with respect to rotational speed and are sequentially aligned in a collinear chart representing the relationship with respect to the rotational speed are connected to a first rotating machine 11, a prime mover 3, driven parts DW and DW and a second rotating machine 21, respectively. Further, during the EV operation mode, the operations of the first and second rotating machines 11 and 21 are controlled such that no power circulation occurs in which part of motive power output from one of the rotating machines 11 and 21 is input to the one in a state converted to electric power by the other, whereby the part of the motive power is output again from the one as motive power.

摘要: An accessory drive system includes a stator, a first rotor, and a second rotor, which respectively include armatures, permanent magnets, and first and second cores. One of the first and second rotors is connected to an accessory, and the other to an internal combustion engine. When the polarity of a first armature magnetic pole is different from the polarity of a first magnetic pole of an opposed permanent magnet, the polarity of a second armature magnetic pole becomes the same as the polarity of a second magnetic pole of the opposed permanent magnet. When each first core is between the first magnetic pole and the first armature magnetic pole, each second core is between a pair of the second armature magnetic poles circumferentially adjacent to each other, and between a pair of the second magnetic poles circumferentially adjacent to each other.
