The cover is combined with the main body and parts corresponding to the transmitter and the receiver of the photo plethysmography include transparent units through which the output signal and the reflection signal are passing and a barrier unit positioned between the transparent units and shielding the output signal and the reflection signal.

Abstract: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are provided, which facilitates a terminal to be used in further consideration of user's convenience. Provided is a method of controlling an operation of a specific mobile terminal by forming a wireless communication group through a short range communication and then synthesizing analyses of motion patterns detected through mobile terminals belonging to the wireless communication group. Abstract: The present application discloses a smart device comprising a temperature sensor, and a method for controlling the same. The present application relates to a smart device comprising a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of a certain object at a position spaced a certain distance from the object and having a measurement range varying according to the distance from the object. The present application provides a method for controlling a smart device comprising the steps of: measuring a distance from the smart device to the object for measuring the temperature of the object; if the measurement range of the temperature sensor at the measured position is not placed within the object, notifying a user that the temperature of the object cannot be measured; and directing the user to place the measurement range within the object.

Abstract: Disclosed are a glass type terminal capable of supporting gestures using one finger or two fingers by providing a three-dimensional input device at a temple hinged to a rim of a lens, and an input method thereof. For three-dimensional touch inputs, the temple is configured to have an upper surface, a lower surface, an inner side surface and an outer side surface provided touch sensor, respectively. Upon sensing of a touch input applied onto said one or more surfaces of the temple using one finger or two fingers, a screen displayed on a lens is controlled in correspondence to the sensed touch input. Under such configuration, a user can control the screen in a more convenient manner.

Abstract: A mobile terminal is provided a mobile terminal and a control method thereof according to exemplary embodiments. The mobile terminal includes a main body that is configured to be wearable on a specific portion of a user's body, a sensing unit that is configured to sense whether or not the main body has been worn, and also sense a user gesture for deciding the worn position of the main body, and a controller that is configured to decide the worn position of the main body according to the sensed user gesture, and setting a user input for generating a first control command in a different manner based on the decided worn position. With the configuration, the main body may sense the worn position by itself so as to provide a user interface, which is more intuitive and convenient for the user, according to the sensed worn position.
