Disclosed are a method for changing a serving cell in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method performed by a UE may include: transmitting, to a serving cell, a measurement report for signals received from the serving cell and one or more cells; when a measurement value for a signal received from at least one cell among the one or more cells satisfies a predetermined specific triggering condition, receiving, from the serving cell, information representing that the at least one cell corresponds to a candidate cell for changing the serving cell; and performing synchronization for at least one of a downlink or an uplink with the at least one cell, by transmitting a specific uplink signal to the at least one cell.

Provided are a method for transmitting downlink control information for sidelink scheduling in a wireless communication system and a wireless apparatus using the method. The method is characterized by: generating sidelink SPS activation/release DCI for indicating sidelink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) activation or release; and transmitting the sidelink SPS activation/release DCI to a terminal, wherein the sidelink SPS activation/release DCI further comprises a sidelink SPS activation/release field and a sidelink SPS configuration index field not present in sidelink dynamic DCI which is for dynamically scheduling the sidelink.

The present invention relates to a method for a first terminal to report channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, from a base station, an allocation of a group CSI report setting associated with a terminal group including the first terminal; broadcasting the group CSI report setting to the terminal group; and reporting group CSI to the base station, wherein the terminal group consists of the first terminal and at least one second terminal, and the group CSI report setting defines, as the group CSI, the CSI of the first terminal corresponding to a part of the CSI about each of a plurality of terminals constituting the terminal group.

The present invention relates to a method and a device for reselecting a synchronization signal in a wireless communication system supporting device-to-device direct communication and the method includes: receiving a first synchronization signal from a second UE and receiving a second synchronization signal from a third UE; comparing a first reception power level indicating reception power of the first synchronization signal and a second reception power level indicating the reception power of a second synchronization signal with a first threshold value indicating minimum reception power; and selecting the first synchronization signal or the second synchronization signal according to the comparison result, and the synchronization signal is a synchronization signal selected in the previously synchronization procedure.

A method for transmitting a downlink signal by a base station in a wireless communication system comprises transmitting at least a part of downlink data to a first user equipment (UE); and transmitting the other part of the downlink data of the first UE to a second UE that is paired with with the first UE when a size of the downlink data of the first UE exceeds a data reception capability of the first UE, wherein transmission for the first UE and transmission for the second UE are performed at the same time, and the other part of the downlink data of the first UE, which are transmitted to the second UE, may be shared with the first UE through direct communication between the first UE and the second UE.

Proposed is a method for providing a safety service by a first terminal in a wireless communication system. The method may comprise: transmitting a first message related to the location of the first terminal to a second terminal; receiving a second message related to the location of the second terminal from the second terminal; determining a geographic area configured by the first terminal and the second terminal, by using the first message and the second message; and transmitting, to the second terminal or an adjacent vehicle, a third message for providing a safety service in the determined geographic area.
