    摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for more rapidly switching inductive fuel injection valves. According to the invention, the magnetic retaining forces generated by remanence in a bistable valve comprising an opening and closing coil or by eddy currents in a standard valve comprising an opening coil and a closing spring are eliminated with the aid of a negative current that flows through the coil in a direction running counter to the direction of the operating current. Additionally, the magnetic yoke and armature that are used are made of materials having different conductivities in order to be able to close the valve even more quickly.

    摘要: A linear exhaust-gas probe has a measuring cell for measuring a gas concentration in a measuring chamber by determining a measuring-cell voltage, and a pump cell for pumping gas by way of a pump current. A circuit configuration for operating the prove has a comparator circuit for comparing the measuring-cell voltage with a measuring-cell setpoint voltage and for providing a corresponding analog deviation signal. A pump current source provides the pump current. The source is controlled by the deviation signal using a control circuit for the approximation of the measuring cell voltage to the measuring cell setpoint voltage. In order to reliably limit the pump voltage with no significant detrimental effect on the operation, the circuit configuration further has a second comparator circuit for comparing the pump voltage with a predefined threshold voltage and for providing a corresponding binary switching signal; and a counter coupling path between the output of the pump current source and the control circuit. The path is enabled when the voltage threshold is crossed.

The low-frequency signal and the high-frequency signal is advantageously provided by a microcontroller which already has an AD converter on the input side. The microcontroller furthermore already makes a PWM output signal with a high bit width available which has the high resolution necessary for driving the loudspeaker.

    摘要: A valve has a valve piston, at least one coil and at least one magnetized component. An induction voltage is induced in the at least one coil, by a movement of the valve piston in the valve through a magnetic field produced by the magnetized component. A reference point is acquired, which is representative of a start of a current activation cycle of the valve. In the current activation cycle a point is determined as a function of a characteristic pattern of the induction voltage, which is representative of an end of a movement process of the valve piston in the valve. A current response time is determined as a function of the point and the reference point. At least one error condition is determined as a function of the response time. An error is identified, when the at least one error condition is satisfied.

    摘要: An injector driver module includes a first converter and a second converter connected between a power supply and the load. The first converter generates a first voltage output and the second converter generates a second voltage output from the power supply. Switches control the level of the supply voltage so that the voltage applied to the load can be varied depending on an operational phase of the driver. Control over the current through the load can be therefore be conducted via pulse width modulation at lower voltage levels, thereby lengthening the switching time during modulation, reducing power losses, and reducing EMI emissions.
