    摘要: The present invention provides a very lightweight magnesium-lithium alloy which has both corrosion resistance and cold workability balanced at high levels, a certain degree of tensile strength, low surface electrical resistivity, as well as a rolled material and a formed article made of the alloy, and a method of producing the alloy, by means of a magnesium-lithium alloy containing not less than 10.5 mass % and not more than 16.0 mass % Li, not less than 0.50 mass % and not more than 1.50 mass % Al, and the balance of Mg, and having an average crystal grain size of not smaller than 5 μm and not larger than 40 μm, a tensile strength of not lower than 150 MPa, and a surface electrical resistivity of not higher than 1Ω as measured with an ammeter by pressing a cylindrical two-point probe with a pin-to-pin spacing of 10 mm and a pin tip diameter of 2 mm (contact surface area of one pin is 3.14 mm2), against an alloy surface at a load of 240 g.

According to such a multi-layer bonding method, the upper-side substrate can be bonded with an intermediate substrate and then a first bonded substrate is bonded with a lower-side substrate without taking out the first bonded substrate from the bonding chamber. For this reason, a second bonded substrate can be produced at high speed and at a low cost.

    摘要: An accumulator-type liquid sprayer includes a piston arranged in a cylinder, a piston guide extending through a passage extending therethrough in an axial direction of the piston, so as to be engageable with, and disengageable from the piston, cooperating with the piston and the cylinder to form a space region for sucking and pressurizing a liquid, a check valve for opening a suction port of the cylinder during suction of the liquid, and a hollow stem slidably fitted with an outer side of the piston in a liquid-tight manner and engaging with an end portion of the piston guide. A first resilient member urges the piston guide against the piston for maintaining a closed state of the passage in the piston, and a second resilient member urges the piston against the piston guide for adjusting a spraying pressure of the liquid. A stopper is arranged in the cylinder, for positioning the piston before the content is sprayed to provide increased contact surface pressure so as to maintain the closed state of the passage. The piston has an end portion which can be brought into contact with the stopper, and which is formed with an annular recess extending along an outer peripheral edge of the end portion.

    摘要: A child resistant safety cap having a cover and a safety mechanism by which finger dexterity is required to open the cap, while the safety mechanism capable of being released if it is unnecessary. The cap comprises a cap body 1 having a skirt 3 with at least one stopping piece 9 at one side thereof. The stopping piece 9 has a base end fixed to a lower portion of the skirt 3 such that the stopping piece is pushable inwardly and swayable about the base end. The leading end portion of the stopping piece 9 is confronting at its outside with the insides of an outer tube 14 of the cover, and first and second engagement means 10, 18 are provided at confronting sides of the stopping piece 9 and the outer tube 14 for providing mutual engagement, such that when the stopping piece 9 is in an initial position, the first and second engagement means 10, 18 are engaged unless the stopping piece 9 is pushed inwardly against its elasticity. The stopping piece is adapted to move to a second position where the first and second engagement means are separated without pushing the stopping piece.

    摘要: A method of and system for manufacturing a microstructure having high form accuracy and a manufacturing system is disclosed. On a rough motion stage having a predetermined positioning accuracy and a large stroke length, a fine motion stage having a small stroke length and a higher positioning accuracy is placed. First, the rough motion stage is moved to a desired position. By use of a mirror placed on a laser length measuring machine and the fine motion stage, the current position of a thin film member on the fine motion stage is precisely measured. This measurement value is feed-backed to a stage control device, and a difference between the current position and a target position is calculated by an error correcting unit. Thus, an error correcting instruction value is generated to move the fine motion stage to the target position. Thus, an error of the rough motion stage is corrected.

    摘要: A blow-molded container includes an outer layer of a synthetic resin, which forms the outer shell of a finite shape; an inner layer of a flexible synthetic resin, which is peelably laminated with the outer layer and forms an inner bag; and a pair of adhered zones of a vertical strip type, which is formed axisymmetrically on the central axis of container to adhere and fix the outer layer and the inner layer over the entire height and is located so as to avoid the positions of air introduction ports that have been provided in the outer layer to introduce air into the void between the outer layer and the inner layer. A pair of adhered zones is disposed at positions opposite to each other and is separated by a parting line. The lower ends of both adhered zones are disposed at the partly or wholly end-to-end position facing each other on the bottom seal formed when the bottom portion is pressed flat with the pinch-off of a blow mold. Because of this end-to-end facing position of the lower ends, the bottom seal has a full mechanical strength. Thus, there is provided a container of the delaminated type capable of molding by means of an ordinary mold and having high manufacturing efficiency.

Inflow of the liquid and air into the pressure chamber is perfectly inhibited by the two check valves when the sprayer is either in its erect position or in its inverted position.
