Abstract: A motor includes a rotor that rotates centered on a central axis extending in an axial direction, and a stator. The stator includes a stator iron core in which a plurality of laminated iron cores each including a tooth portion extending in a radial direction are arranged in a circumferential direction, and coils wound around the tooth portion. The laminated iron core includes a plurality of flat plate-shaped iron core pieces laminated in a plate thickness direction. The iron core piece is made of a non-oriented electromagnetic steel plate. A rolling direction of the iron core piece is inclined with respect to the radial direction. The laminated iron core is preferably formed by laminating the iron core pieces to be arranged with a same inclination. At least a pair of the laminated iron cores adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction has inclinations opposite to each other.

Abstract: A rotor includes a rotor core having a hole, and a magnet inside the hole. A stator includes a stator core having an annular core back surrounding the rotor core and teeth extending inward from the core back and arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction, and coils attached to the stator core. The hole has an arc shape protruding inward. The magnet is in the hole and has an arc shape extending along the hole. The rotor core has cavity portions sandwiching the magnet. A curved outer surface of the hole is in close contact with a curved outer surface of the magnet at a portion closer to a center in the circumferential direction than an end portion in the circumferential direction. At least a part of the cavity portion extends to the outer side in the circumferential direction with respect to the center of a pole.

Abstract: A motor includes a cylindrical rotor core, and a magnet group including first magnets and second magnets alternately arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor core. A first magnetic flux line generated in the first magnets extends along a radial direction of the rotor core, and a second magnetic flux line generated in the second magnets is inclined with respect to the first magnetic flux line. Abstract: A stator includes: a stator core including teeth; pins including a working portion extending in an axial direction in a slot between the teeth; and bus bars electrically connected to the pins. In each slot, the working portions are disposed over stages in a radial direction. The pins include the two working portions disposed across the teeth, a first pin and a second pin each including a connection portion connecting the working portion in a circumferential direction, and a third pin connected to the bus bar. Each of the working portions of the second pin and the third pin is disposed in one of an outermost stage and an innermost stage of the slot. A number of teeth straddled by the second pin is smaller than a number of teeth straddled by the first pin.

Abstract: A motor includes magnets arranged in a circumferential direction and a rotor core holding the magnets. The magnets include two or more magnet pairs with a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides. The pair of long sides have mutually different polarities. Magnetic poles of the same polarity are positioned circumferentially opposite to each other.
