Device and method for measuring true triaxial creep of a geotechnical engineering test block, including a supporting structure; the device includes four confining pressure-plates and upper-and-lower compression-plates forming an enclosed cavity for the test block; confining pressure-plates include two long confining pressure-plates and two short-confining pressure-plates, upper-and-lower compression-plates are rectangular top and bottom steel-plates, two L-shaped long confining pressure-plates bent towards the outer side lapped on two adjacent side faces of the bottom steel-plate, two L-shaped short-confining pressure-plates bent towards the outer side lapped on remaining two-side faces of the bottom steel-plate, and bottom ends of the short-confining pressure-plates are placed on the bottom steel-plate; top ends of long confining pressure-plates lapped on the top steel-plate, and top steel-plate leans against inner side faces of two short-confining pressure-plates; vertically pressure sensors corresponds to four confining pressure-plates and upper-and-lower compression-plates in the supporting structure, and grating shortrulers on pressure sensors.

A red mud-based sewage treatment agent and a preparation method thereof, a red mud-based ceramsite concrete and a preparation method thereof, and applications, the agent including the following components: 80-90% of a solid waste complex after acidification treatment, 2-15% of an alkali activator, 0-1.0% of a water reducer, 0.5-2.0% of an ultrafine additive, and 1.0-5.0% of a treatment agent. The solid waste complex includes: at least one of red mud powder, blast furnace slag powder, fly ash, coal gangue powder and iron tailings powder. First, the red mud is modified to prepare an intermediate product, namely the red mud-based sewage treatment agent, which is used for absorption of pollutants in sewage and then used as a raw material again to prepare a final product, namely the red mud-based ceramsite concrete. Progressive comprehensive utilization of the red mud is realized, and adsorbed pollution factors can be sealed in the final product.

A red mud utilization method based on co-processing of industrial exhaust gas, sewage treatment and an environment-friendly and high-performance civil functional material, belongs to the technical field of environmental science and cementitious material preparation, and relates to a preparation process of a solid waste-based cementitious material, specifically including the steps: preparing an environment-friendly and high-performance red mud-based civil functional material by using slag obtained after sewage treatment with red mud and other solid wastes in physical and chemical activation and high-temperature calcination methods. The compressive strength of a solid waste-based cementitious material prepared by using the method can reach 29 MPa, the leaching quantity (lower than 3.0 ppm) of toxic elements such as heavy metals is far lower than the national standard requirement, and a solid waste-based cementitious material with great performance can be prepared.

The present disclosure provides a determining device for the weathering resistant capability of clastic rocks in a tunnel based on feldspar features, which overcomes the shortcomings of current evaluation methods, is easy to operate, can be used to detect the type, content, and crystal structure of feldspar in a rock stratum, and integrates the information by combining a computer deep learning method to determine the weathering resistant capability of clastic rocks containing different types of feldspar in a tunnel, with high accuracy.

A wave detector integrated device includes a support, protective shell and mode converter. The protective shell is installed on the support and rotates by the mode converter, and has a hollow cylindrical structure. A seismic source hammer is suspended at a protective shell central axis position. Electromagnetic accelerators are installed in a bus direction of the protective shell, and the seismic source hammer is connected with the electromagnetic accelerators. A drill bit type wireless transmission wave detector or standby flat bottom type wave detector is connected above the protective shell through a second telescopic rod having a driving device therein and driving the drill bit type wave detector to rotate. A power supply is installed inside the protective shell, and is connected with a current controller and circuit protection device. The current controller is respectively connected with the electromagnetic accelerators, drill bit type wave detector, driving device and mode converter.

A sandbox test system and method for a karst aquifer based on tracer-hydraulic tomography inversion, including a visual sandbox apparatus, a karst conduit, a water flow control apparatus, a horizontal well, a data acquisition apparatus, and a data processing apparatus. The visual sandbox apparatus forms a sand layer packing space. The karst conduit is buried in a sand layer. The water flow control apparatus is a constant water head storage tank. A back plate is provided with a horizontal well mounting hole and tracer adding hole. The horizontal well is mounted in each horizontal well mounting hole. A monitoring well is connected to a seepage pressure sensor or an electrical conductivity sensor. A water injection and pumping well is connected to a peristaltic pump. The electrical conductivity sensor, seepage pressure sensor, and peristaltic pump connect to the data acquisition apparatus. The data acquisition apparatus connects to the data processing apparatus.

An anti-collapse grouting consolidation system including: a grouting pump; an outer flat drill rod; a drill rig that clamps the outer flat drill rod; a sealing device, sheathed on the outer flat drill rod at the orifice of a drill hole, ensuring the outer flat drill rod is sealed with the orifice of the drill hole; and a jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings. The grouting pump jets slurry into the drill hole in a static osmotic manner through the jet grouting drill bit. A method of using an anti-collapse grouting consolidation system includes, among other things, injecting quick-setting slurry; sealing an orifice hole of the drill hole by an orifice sealing device; and keeping an anti-collapse jet grouting drill bit with bi-directional rib wings repeatedly moving up and down and rotating at a repair segment to repair the repair segment.

A high-strength confined concrete support system for an underground tunnel. The support system includes multiple confined concrete arches, bolts and cables, and a prestressed steel strand backfilling system. The confined concrete arches all support the surrounding rock of the tunnel and are sequentially arranged along the tunnel. Every two adjacent confined concrete arches are connected by a longitudinal connection structure. The support system is provided with a plurality of layers of steel bar meshes on the surrounding rock side and the tunnel side, and shotcrete layers are sprayed on the support system and the steel bar meshes. The prestressed steel strand backfilling system comprises a prestressed steel strand system and a filling material. The filling material fills the space between each confined concrete arch and the surrounding rock to equalize a load on the confined concrete arch and generate prestress.

The pressure three-dimensional non-uniform loading/unloading device is controlled via an input instruction of the hydraulic loading/unloading and steady pressure automatic control system to carry out pressure three-dimensional gradient non-uniform loading/unloading and steady pressure control. An automatic model displacement test system automatically acquires the displacement of any part inside a test model. A multi-probe peeping system observes a cavern excavation deformation and failure process dynamically in real time.
Abstract:
The present invention presents a tunnel construction large-scale integrated geophysical advanced detection model test device. The model test device includes a tunnel surrounding rock, a main tunnel model, a model test case, a water-containing geological structure device, a numerical control automated construction device and a main control chamber. The model test device is a large-scale integrated geophysical advanced detection model test device meeting the detection using a seismic wave method, an electromagnetic method and a direct-current electric method. By using the geophysical advanced detection model test device, the geophysical response features of the water-containing geological structure device in front of a tunnel face may be studied, multiple geophysical advanced detection forward and inversion methods for the water-containing geological structure device are verified, and the relationship between some geophysical detection method results and water burst quantity is studied, for the advanced prediction and water burst quantity prediction in actual engineering.
