Abstract: Disclosed is a base station capable of appropriately configuring a resource on which EPDCCH is located when soft combining is applied. The base station includes configuration section 102 that configures an EPDCCH set in a plurality of subframes, the EPDCCH set being formed of ECCEs to which control information (assignment information) transmitted over the plurality of subframes is assigned; and an assignment section 105 that assigns the control information to any of the ECCEs in each of the plurality of subframes.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for transmitting a periodic channel quality report (CSI) and/or a sounding reference symbol (SRS) from a UE to an eNodeB. To avoid double decoding at the eNodeB in transient phases, a deterministic behavior of the UE is defined by the invention, according to which the eNodeB can unambiguously determine whether the UE will transmit the CSI/SRS or not. According to one embodiment, the UL grants and/or DL assignments received until and including subframe N−4 only are considered; UL grants and/or DL assignments received by the UE after subframe N−4 are discarded for the determination. Additionally, DRX-related timers at subframe N−4 are considered for the determination. In a second embodiment, DRX MAC control elements from the eNodeB, instructing the UE to enter DRX, i.e., become Non-Active, are only considered for the determination if they are received before subframe N−4, i.e., until and including subframe N−(4+k).

Abstract: In order to provide a transmission device and transmission method with which a response signal for random access preamble transmitted from a preamble transmission device is efficiently transmitted, setting unit in base station sets a first resource candidate group, which enables terminal capable of receiving a latch response transmitted by demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmission to be selected, and a second resource candidate group, which enables terminal incapable of receiving a latch response transmitted by DMRS transmission but capable of receiving a latch response transmitted by cell-specific reference signal (CRS) transmission to be selected. Control unit selects DMRS transmission as the latch response transmission method when a resource in which latch preamble has been received is included in the first candidate group, but selects CRS transmission as the latch response transmission method when the resource is included in the second resource candidate group.

Abstract: Provided are a wireless communication terminal device and a power allocation method, wherein transmission channel quality information, regarding a Pcell having a high probability that UCI is multiplied therein, can be accurately estimated by an SRS having high priority in power allocation, and an eNB can instruct appropriate transmission power to an UL channel which transmits the subsequent UCI. A power scaling detection unit detects whether or not a total transmission power value of the UL channels transmitted by the plurality of CC exceeds the maximum transmission power specific to the UE. When a plurality of SRS are simultaneously transmitted using a Pcell and a Scell, and power scaling occurs, a power scaling control unit performs power allocation so that transmission power of the SRS of the Pcell has the higher priority than that of the SRS of the Scell.

The radio communication terminal adopts a configuration including a receiving section that receives a control signal including an ACK/NACK index via an enhanced physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH) transmitted using one configuration from among one or a plurality of configuration candidates, a control section that selects a resource to be used for an ACK/NACK signal of downlink data from among specified resources specified beforehand based on E-PDCCH configuration information used for transmission or reception of the E-PDCCH and the ACK/NACK index, and a transmitting section that transmits the ACK/NACK signal using the selected specified resource.

Abstract: The present invention relates to providing control information within a search space for blind decoding in a multi-carrier communication system. In particular, the control information is carried within a sub-frame of the communication system, the sub-frame including a plurality of control channel elements. The control channel elements may be aggregated into candidates for blind decoding. The number of control channel elements in a candidate is called aggregation level. In accordance with the present invention, the candidates of lower aggregation levels are localized, meaning that the control channel elements of one candidate are located adjacently to each other in the frequency domain. Some candidates of the higher aggregation level(s) are distributed in the frequency.
