    摘要: A method and apparatus are provided for dynamic resource allocation, scheduling and signaling for variable data real time services (RTS) in long term evolution (LTE) systems. Preferably, changes in data rate for uplink RTS traffic are reported to an evolved Node B (eNB) by a UE using layer 1, 2 or 3 signaling. The eNB dynamically allocates physical resources in response to a change in data rate by adding or removing radio blocks currently assigned to the data flow, and the eNB signals the new resource assignment to the UE. In an alternate embodiment, tables stored at the eNB and the UE describe mappings of RTS data rates to physical resources under certain channel conditions, such that the UE uses the table to locally assign physical resources according to changes in UL data rates. Additionally, a method and apparatus for high level configuration of RTS data flows is also presented.

    摘要: A beamless mechanic-reversing long stroke pumping unit is provided for petroleum production in diverse types of oil fields. Its mechanic-reversing system consists of differentials, brakes, etc. With two differentials assembled together, taper gears inside them perform revolution and rotation, enabling the pumping unit to achieve direction change and speed change mechanically. The stroke length of the pumping unit can reach 8 meters or longer, and the adjustment process is more convenient than most, by merely tuning the position of the proximity switches. Abrasion of the chains typically caused due to resetting of a motor frequently during operation, is eliminated in this pumping unit. The pumping unit has more reliable operation performance, more convenient maintenance, lower costs, better energy saving effects, and can be applied in land oil fields, offshore oil fields, oil wells with low permeability, etc.

Consequently, it may be implemented to authorize different multiple addresses of the host and charge the different multiple addresses according to different charging rates respectively in an IPv6 network in accordance with embodiments of the present invention.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are disclosed for prioritizing logical channels when a new transmission is performed. Logical channel resources are allocated for available data to a plurality of logical channels. A maximum bit rate (MBR) credit (i.e., token) is decremented in a buffer (i.e., bucket) associated with a particular one of the logical channels by the size of a medium access control (MAC) service data unit (SDU). The MBR credit may have a negative value. If any of the allocated channel resources remain, the logical channels are served n a decreasing priority order until the data is exhausted. A radio link control (RLC) SDU is not segmented if the whole RLC SDU fits into the remaining resources. The MAC SDU excludes a MAC PDU header and MAC padding.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing call setup latency in an LTE network is disclosed. Services in a 1×RTT network are provided for both single receiver (SRx) and Dual Receiver (DRx) User Equipment using CSFB (Circuit Switched Fall Back). When an idle UE requests a CSFB to 1×RTT service and related PS (packet service) Suspension in the LTE network, an eNB can reduce or eliminate the exchange of RCC (Radio Resource Control) messages with the UE before UE is redirected to 1×RTT for CSFB service. Eliminating unnecessary messages reduces call setup latency. The number of exchanged messages can be reduced when the eNB broadcasts an indicator that the eNB supports CSFB and an MME (Mobility Management Entity) sends a message to the eNB indicating that a UE is requesting CSFB.
