摘要: System for detecting stability/instability of behavior of a motor vehicle upon occurrence of tire slip or lock. State of the motor vehicle is determined on the basis of an alignment torque (Ta) applied from a road and a side slip angle (β). By taking advantage of such torque/slip-angle characteristic that although the alignment torque is proportional to a side slip angle when the latter is small, the alignment torque becomes smaller as the side slip angle increases, a normal value is determined from a straight line slope and the side slip angle in a region where the latter is small. Unstable behavior of the motor vehicle is determined when deviation of actual measured value from the normal value increases. Further, unstable state is determined when the slope of the alignment torque for the slip angle departs significantly from that of approximate straight line slope.

摘要: A three-dimensional shape measuring method by which measurement of a three-dimensional shape is realized with an improved precision. Grid patterns comprising a plurality of one-dimensional grids 1, 2 and 3, each having a period and direction different from those of the others, are simultaneously projected upon objects to be measured, using different colors for each of the one-dimensional grids 1, 2 and 3. Subsequently, a grid image deformed in accordance with the three-dimensional shapes of the objects to be measured is imaged, the grid image is separated by colors into one-dimensional grid components of each color, a phase for each of the one-dimensional grid components is detected, and then, measurement values of the three-dimensional shapes are obtained on the basis of the detected phases. At the same time, by imaging the objects to be measured by use of white light, color information on the objects to be measured are measured as well.

摘要: The present invention relates to a starch ester having short- and long-chain acyl groups wherein hydrogens in reactive hydroxyl groups in the same starch molecule have been replaced by C2-4 short-chain acyl groups and C6-18 long-chain acyl groups. The degree of substitution by the short- and long-chain acyl groups are regulated so as to make the starch ester thermo-plasticized and moldable even in the absence of a plasticizer. Accordingly, the starch ester of the present invention can be used as a biodegradable thermoplastic plastic material which can be thermo-plasticized in the absence of a plasticizer.
