摘要: A method of inductively transmitting energy and information between an energy transmitter comprising a primary inductor and an energy receiver comprising a secondary inductor, wherein energy is transmitted from the energy transmitter to the energy receiver by applying an alternating voltage to the primary inductor to generate a primary alternating current in the primary inductor, thereby inducing a secondary alternating current in the secondary inductor. The information is transmitted from the energy transmitter to the energy receiver essentially only in a dedicated first section of the cycle of the alternating voltage by varying the amplitude of the alternating voltage; and information is transmitted from the energy receiver to the energy transmitter essentially only in a dedicated second section of the cycle by varying the secondary inductor's power absorption, the second section not overlapping with the first section.

摘要: A method for transmitting concatenated data signals wherein an STM-256/OC-768 signal is divided into four concatenated signals which are inserted into modified STM-64/OC-192 pulse frames. The bytes of the unused information and the frame alignment words of the STM-256/OC-768 signal are not transmitted so that the total content of the STM-256/OC-768 signal, reduced by this redundant information, can be transmitted transparently in the modified STM-64/OC-192 pulse frames. The concatenated signals can be regenerated without problems.

摘要: Method for transmitting a digital broadband signal in a tributary unit concatenation via a network of a synchronous digital multiplex hierarchy. A pointer for positional identification in a frame is allocated to the first tributary unit in a tributary unit concatenation; instead of a pointer, the further tributary units receive a concatenation indicator. Every cross-connect equipment along a transmission link recognizes the tributary unit concatenation and forwards the tributary units thereof in the correct sequence. When a clock matching is required in the case of a first tributary unit, a pointer skip is initiated at all further tributary units. This requires hardware and software. This is eliminated when all tributary units (TU-12.sub.1 through TU-12.sub.5) containing the broadband signal (DSa) have a pointer (PTR1 through PTR5) having the value of the positional identification of the first tributary unit (TU-12.sub.1) allocated to them. The individual tributary units (TU-12.sub.1 through TU-12.sub.5) can then pass the cross-connect equipment, if necessary with an individual pointer skip (PS), independently of one another. A restoration of the tributary unit concatenation occurs at the reception side after the recognition of the pointers (PTR1 through PTR5) in that leading tributary units (TU-12.sub.2, TU-12.sub.5) are delayed by delay elements (L2, L5).

摘要: A multiplex unit for multiplexing plesiochronous digital signals has a monitoring device for signalling the loss of input signals on one or more channels being multiplexed. Upon recognition of a lost signal in one or more channels, an alarm indication signal is substituted for the information signals in that channel and a synthetic justification signal is produced which replaces the justification information in such channel. The synthetic justification information gives the alarm indication signal the correct pulse repetition rate in the outgoing channel of the multiplex unit.

摘要: In a method for operating an internal combustion engine having exhaust gas recirculation, air is supplied to at least one combustion chamber via an intake manifold at least partially closable with the aid of a final control element, and a part of the exhaust gases flowing into an exhaust pipe is conducted via an EGR channel, which is at least partially closable with the aid of an EGR valve unit, into an area of the intake manifold, which lies between the final control element and the combustion chamber. A first variable, which characterizes the mass flow of the gas conducted through the EGR channel, is ascertained from a set of state variables of the internal combustion engine, which apply for an operating state in which the engine is in overrun operation and the final control element is essentially closed.
