    摘要: A lever type connector is provided with a lever assisting in fitting or detaching first and second connector housings thereof. A lever is fitted to the first connector housing. A plurality of projecting parts is provided in a circumference of the lever. A plurality of receiving parts is provided in the first connector housing to slidably engage with the projecting part. Engagement between the projecting and receiving parts prevents the lever from deformation and warpage in a rotating operation of the lever for the connecting operation. The projecting parts and the receiving parts are configured so that the projecting parts and the receiving parts are engaged only when the lever is positioned so that the fitting force is large in the rotating operation, and the projecting parts and the receiving parts are not engaged when the lever is positioned in another state in which the fitting force is small.

    摘要: A lever type connector of the present invention includes a connector housing, a cover, a lever rotatably mounted on the connector housing, and a snap tab mounted on the cover. During rotation of the lever from an unlocking position to a locking position, the snap tab is pressed by the lever and bent, and if the lever reaches the locking position, the snap tab is brought back to lock the lever. The maximum bent inward angle of the snap tab is set to be smaller than the outward inclination angle of the snap tab without being bent. It is possible to prevent contact between the snap tab and the electric wires. The electric wires are prevented from being damaged, and the operation failure of the snap tab is also avoided.

Two electrode pads 8 and 9 are disposed on a surface of upper insulating layer 2. Electrode pads 8 and 9 are connected with upper electrode layers 7a and lower electrode layers 7b via connection members 12, and voltages are applied to upper piezo-electric active layer 5 and lower piezo-electric active layer 6 via electrode pads 8 and 9.     摘要: A common electrode and a signal electrode are separately formed on two major faces of each of tabular piezoelectric actuator elements arrayed on a substrate. On a flexible printed circuit board, formed are electric bonding pads, which are to be electrically connected with the substrate of the actuator elements. A semi-spherical bump including a conductive core and a conductive sealant is formed on each of pads. The actuator elements having substrate is made to face the flexible printed circuit board, and heated under pressure to thereby electrically bond the signal electrodes (at their electric bonding area) to the corresponding bumps. Thus bonded, there exists a gap around the core, and it allows the actuator area of the signal electrode to act completely free, not interfered with any other.

    摘要: The method of casting of the present invention is capable of making volume of a feeder head can be small and making cooling rate of the feeder head can be easily made lower than that of a cavity. The method is executed in a casting machine, which includes a casting die, in which the feeder head is provided between a metal inlet and the cavity and in which heat insulating of the feeder head is greater than that of the cavity so as to make cooling rate of the feeder head lower than that of the cavity. The method comprises the steps of: pouring a molten metal into the cavity; reacting the molten metal on a deoxidizing compound in the cavity so as to deoxidize an oxide film formed on a surface of the molten metal; and supplementing the molten metal in the feeder head to the cavity when the molten metal in the cavity is solidified and shrinked.

    摘要: A Ni--Zn type ferrite has the composition represented by the general formula: Ni.sub.X Zn.sub.1-X Fe.sub.2-Y-Z Mn.sub.Y Zr.sub.Z O.sub.4 (0.55.ltoreq.X.ltoreq.0.80, 0.001.ltoreq.Y.ltoreq.0.20, 0.001.ltoreq.Z.ltoreq.0.04). The Ni--Zn type ferrite is formed with the step described below. A raw powder is first mixed for 64 hours and then fired at 850.degree. C. in an oxygen atmosphere for two hours. Next, the fired powder is crushed and then the crushed powder is again mixed. Then, a binder is added to the resulting powder, which is then press-formed under a pressure of 2.5 ton/cm.sup.2, and the press-formed powder is sintered at 1350.degree. C. for 5 hours in an oxygen atmosphere.
