摘要: A tube has a plurality of coolant passages inside which are separated by inner struts at center into an inlet passage side and an outlet passage side in the longitudinal direction of a core. On one end side of the tube inserted in a header are formed an inlet port and an outlet port through the tube in the direction of core lamination on either of the inlet passage side and the outlet passage side.Inside the header is disposed a separator, with the tube in an inserted state, in a position for separation between the inlet port and the outlet port of each tube. Since the header interior is divided to the front and rear sides of the core, there are formed, in the header, an inlet chamber communicating with a coolant passage on the inlet passage side through an inlet port, and an outlet chamber communicating with a coolant passage on the outlet passage on the outlet side through the outlet port.

摘要: A method of forming molded articles having consistently or partially thin-walls by expanding expandable thermoplastic resin beads in a cavity formed between molds with the application of heat. The introduction of the resin beads is carried out after causing the width of a circumference section of the cavity to be greater than the diameter of the beads by moving one of or both of the molds in at least one direction orthogonal to a direction of closing the molds, the molds are then moved back to the normal positions, and the introduced resin beads are heated to form the molded article. Also, an expansion molding apparatus having a moving device such as a cylinder which moves the molds in at least one direction orthogonal to the closing direction during the introduction of the expandable thermoplastic resin beads, whereby consistently or partially thin-walled molded articles are manufactured.

摘要: A stapler comprised of a base body having an anvil at one end, a staple holder having a slot at one end in the vicinity of an end wall and a staple block consisting of many staples positioned between said wall and a pushing spring, a pushing body having a staple pushing plate at one end for extruding staples one by one through said slot, the other ends of said base body and staple holder being connected by a connecting shaft so that said holder may be positioned between said bodies, the end of the staple holder being detachably connected to the shaft. The base body may also be connected to the pushing body through a resilient connecting part material so as to form a splay mouth, with the return spring being formed integrally on the base body and/or pushing body and a projection provided to contact the top of said integral spring. A guide member may be provided on an upper bottom face of the holder, with the outer face of the guide member constructed to guide a staple block. A spring receiver is inserted in a center hole in the guide member and a staple block pushing seat is provided on the spring receiver.

摘要: An in-wheel motor drive assembly includes a motor case defining a motor chamber and a reduction mechanism chamber provided on one side of and isolated from the motor chamber by a partition wall. An electric motor is mounted in the motor chamber. A planetary gear reduction mechanism is mounted in the reduction mechanism chamber, and reduces the rotation of the electric motor and outputs the reduced rotation to a hub ring. The reduction mechanism is lubricated by lubricating oil stored in the reduction mechanism chamber. A tapered oil guide surface is formed at the center of the inner surface of the partition wall facing the reduction mechanism chamber. The oil guide surface guides lubricating oil splashed up by the rotating reduction mechanism and flowing down along the inner surface of the partition wall, onto the rotor shaft of the electric motor, thereby lubricating bearings mounted on the rotor shaft.

A ceramic heater of the invention includes a ceramic base body and a heat generating resistor including a heat generation section composed of a bend portion and two rectilinear portions extending from opposite ends of the bend portion, respectively, the heat generating resistor being embedded within the ceramic base body. The two rectilinear portions include inner sides opposed to each other in a transverse section, and the inner sides include recesses in at least a midportion.

摘要: An object of the invention is to always maintain an outer pin holder and a housing in a speed reducer section at their predetermined positions, to prevent damage to such components as revolving members, outer circumferential engagers, and motion conversion mechanism upon a large axial load due to turning or sudden acceleration/deceleration, etc., and to eliminate rattling noise caused by the housing and the outer pin holder. A casing immobilizing member which is fixed to an inner surface of a speed reducer section casing and a housing immobilizing member which is fixed to an outer surface of a speed reducer section housing are provided between the speed reducer section casing and the speed reducer section housing. The casing immobilizing member and the housing immobilizing member are bonded with each other via a rubber member.
