摘要: The invention relates to an image forming apparatus comprising a belt-shaped member for feeding a sheet, at least one image forming means arranged in confronting relation to the belt-shaped member, a separation means for carrying out the separation between the belt-shaped member and the image forming means by shifting at least one of the belt-shaped member and image forming means, a drive means for driving the belt-shaped member, a cleaning means for cleaning the belt-shaped member, a signal generating means for emitting a signal, and a control means for separating the belt-shaped member from the image forming means by controlling the separation means and for then rotating the belt-shaped member at a predetermined speed during the image formation by controlling the drive means.

摘要: An electrographic apparatus includes a plurality of photosensitive members, a plurality of laser projecting devices for projecting deflecting laser beams for scanning the photosensitive members, the laser projecting devices being provided for the respective photosensitive members, mirrors for receiving the laser beams projected from the laser projecting devices and reflecting them in a substantially reverse direction to scan the photosensitive members with the reversed laser beams, the mirrors being provided for the respective laser projecting devices. The apparatus may further includes adjusting devices, provided for the respective mirrors, for adjusting relative positions between the photosensitive members and associated ones of the mirrors.

摘要: An information projecting apparatus has a plurality of cartridges each containing an information recording medium are stored in a storage section. A desired cartridge in this storage section may be retrieved and transported to a first position. The recording medium in the cartridge placed in the first position is transported to a projecting unit, where the information of the recording medium is projected. When an outer cartridge containing an information recording medium is to be used instead of a cartridge from the storage section, the outer cartridge is disposed at a second position. The recording medium in the cartridge placed in the second position is transported to the projecting unit, and the information contained in the recording medium is projected at the projecting position.

摘要: A silicon substrate is selectively implanted with ions and heated in a oxidizing atmosphere. Thus an oxide film is formed on the substrate so that portions of the film formed on regions implanted with the ions is partly embedded in the substrate. Then the film is etched until the surface of the substrate is selectively exposed. An impurity is diffused into the exposed surface portions to form base regions in the substrate after which the process as above described is repeated to form windows for emitter diffusion and electrodes. Also silicon is epitaxially grown on a silicon substrate selectively provided with SiO.sub.2 films so that silicon in the form of a single crystal is grown on the exposed surface portions of the substrate while polycrystalline silicon grown on the SiO.sub.2 films. The above process is repeated to convert the polycrystalline silicon to silicon dioxide for separating the silicon regions on the exposed surface portions from one another.
