摘要： A peripheral control system enhances expandability in the operation of peripheral by enabling the customization and display of operation panels for each of the peripherals, regardless of whether any operation panel exists at the display device side. The peripheral control system is configured by connecting a TV and a recorder via an HDMI connection. The TV stores operation panel information that includes array information for arraying, on the screen, image data of the operation buttons that comprise the operation panel of the recorder. The recorder stores image data of the operation buttons, and sends, according to operation panel information obtained from the TV, the aforementioned stored image data of the operation buttons in association with the array information to the TV. The TV disposes and displays image data of the operation buttons sent from the recorder, at a position that is in accordance with the array information.

In S2 the message “Come a little closer” is displayed. In S4 it is determined from the radio wave strength whether or not the current distance is within a given range with respect to an instructed distance. In S5 it is determined whether or not the number of determinations in which the current distance is determined to be within the given range has reached a set number of determinations. In a second determination the message “Now move away a little” is displayed. If the second determination becomes positive, S6 (pairing registration) is performed.

摘要： In multiplex serial data communication circuit network and method, a clock information is always output from a single transmission control apparatus having an oscillation source onto a single signal transmission line. Any one of the other transmission control apparatuses carries out a serial data transmission with the clock pulse signal superposed on the data to be transmitted via the single transmission line. In addition, any one of the transmission control apparatuses extracts the clock information from the clock information superposed data signals on the single transmission line and takes an operation timing within all transmission control apparatuses from the extracted clock pulse signal. Furthermore, a remote DC motor control system and method using the multiplex serial data communication circuit network described above are exemplified. Master station and slave stations in the DC motor control system can be integrated into each plurality of ICs.

A three-dimensional shape calculating unit calculates a three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured using the position association information and rotational information of the rotation drive device. A three-dimensional shape estimation calculating unit estimates, from the three-dimensional shape, a three-dimensional shape of a region of the object to be measured where the three-dimensional shape is not obtained. A three-dimensional measurement coordinates calculating unit calculates, from an estimation result, three-dimensional coordinates of two distance measurement points designated on the object to be measured. A distance calculating unit calculates a distance between the two points using the three-dimensional coordinates.
