Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for producing three-dimensional objects based on computer-provided data. Material is extruded on a surface of a workpiece (e.g., in two-dimensions). The workpiece is then moved incrementally so that additional material can be extruded on the new surface of the work piece. These steps are repeated until the 3-dimensional object is completed. The present invention also relates to a device including an extruder system for extruding a build material in multiple directions on a surface of a workpiece, and a conveying component for moving the workpiece incrementally for extruding additional material on the new surface. The method and device preferably allows for the continuous construction of three-dimensional objects.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for producing three-dimensional models in a continuous process, comprising a build surface which has a first end in the direction of movement and a second end in the direction of movement, at least one dosing device and at least one solidification unit, characterized in that the build surface is designed to transport heavy components, and the components are transportable over the build surface essentially without distortion, and also comprising a method therefor.
Abstract:
The instant invention relates to a method for changing characteristics of a plastic component, wherein a medium is introduced into the plastic component, which encompasses a porosity and wherein the medium forms a homogenous compound with the plastic component by at least partially dissolving the plastic component.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a casting mold, in particular for use in cold casting methods, which is produced with the aid of a powder-based layering method, the final casting mold having a treated surface.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to apparatus, devices and methods for conveying particulate material during the manufacture of patterns in layers, wherein powder is conveyed out of a reservoir into a spreader unit and, if applicable, excess powder fed to the spreader unit is again conveyed back into the reservoir and wherein this conveying takes place in a closed conveying circuit.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing three-dimensional models by means of a 3D printing process, whereby a build platform for application of build material is provided and a support frame is arranged around the build platform, to which said support frame at least one device for dosing the particulate material and one device for bonding the particulate material is attached via the guiding elements and the support frame is moveable in a Z direction, which essentially means perpendicular to the base surface of the build platform, said movement provided by at least two vertical positioning units on the support frame. In this respect, it is provided that the positioning units are respectively separate components and are arrangeable on the support frame independently from one another and the location and orientation of such can be adjusted independently from one another.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and to a method for producing 3D moulded parts using at least one process unit, also suitable for a large scale production in series of 3D moulded parts such as foundry cores and moulds and other articles which are required in large amounts.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for producing three-dimensional models, wherein binding/bonding material is applied in layers to a building platform and media are selectively applied which delay or completely prevent the binding of the applied material.
