Abstract: The present invention relates to an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene enhanced high-flow delivery high-pressure hose and manufacturing method thereof. The hose includes an outer rubber layer, a reinforcing layer and an inner rubber layer from outside to inside. A thickness of the outer rubber layer is 0.3-6.0 mm. A thickness of the reinforcing layer is 1.0-5.0 mm. A thickness of the inner layer is 0.3-5.0 mm. The outer rubber layer and the inner layer are obtained by co-extruding onto the reinforcing layer using a coextrusion equipment. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: rubber mixing, preparing the reinforcing layer, producing a finished product, vulcanizing and pressure testing. The hose of the invention has the advantages of light weight, good flexibility, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and good weather fastness. The hose can be connected through a plurality of standard buckles, which is easy to wind up, easy to assemble and disassemble.

Abstract: A webless corrugated dual wall foundation drain which is constructed as a hollow rectangular tubular member with an inner corrugated wall formed of HDPE and an integral outer smooth wall formed of the same material. The outer smooth wall of the foundation drain is attached to and integrally formed with the corrugations of the inner corrugated wall through a coextrusion process, thereby significantly enhancing the vertical beam stiffness of the foundation drain and eliminating the need for an internal supporting web.

Abstract: A stitched double layer composite hose is provided. The stitched double layer composite hose includes a middle fabric pipe layer, an inner surface composite colloid material layer and an outer surface composite colloid material layer. The structure of the fabric pipe layer is weft-stitched double-layer unit structure. The double-layer unit structure includes an outer layer, an inner layer and stitched wefts. The inner layer includes inner layer warps and inner layer wefts; the outer layer includes outer layer warps and outer layer wefts. The stitched wefts interweave with the outer layer warps and the inner layer warps for conjoining the inner layer and the outer layer together. The fabric pipe layer weaved solves problems of the stitched double layer composite hose in the fabric pipe layer of traditional casing, with such advantages as high flexibility, less weaving point, less loss of yarn strength and less degree of torsion.

Abstract: An inner tube includes a tubular body made of a first resin and a reinforcing member disposed on an inner side of the tubular body. The reinforcing member is configured of a linear body including a second resin. The inner tube has a first region including a distal portion provided with a distal opening portion and a second region that is disposed to be closer to a proximal side than the first region. The linear body projects inwardly from the inner surface of the tubular body in the first and second regions, and inwardly projects less in the first region than in the second region. In a balloon catheter, guide wire operability is improved and problems which can arise when using a metal reinforcing member are avoided. In a medical elongated body, sliding resistance of a medical device inserted in a lumen can be reduced.
