Abstract:
A disclosed method of managing a wireless communication database that is used to control at least a selected portion of a wireless communication system includes determining when a service measurement indicates a desired change in the wireless communication system performance. Any new parameters for implementing the desired change are automatically determined. Any corresponding changes to the database are then automatically made.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a safety switch for an electric nailer including a trigger which can return to original state after being pressed. The safety switch comprises a stop portion and a safety member, the stop portion is formed in the electric nailer. The safety member includes a push plate and an abutting portion, and the safety member is fixed in the electric nailer and can return to its original position after being pressed, the push plate serves to cover the trigger, and the abutting portion abuts against the stop portion. Thus, the electric nailer will be in a safe mode automatically when not in use, and an accident of pressing the trigger by mistake can be prevented.
Abstract:
A method for software installation and pre-setup, the installation comprising of downloading image files to a target computer during manufacture, a partition image file being used for partitioning the target computer's storage device into a first, a second and a third partition; boot-up files are stored in the third partition and at least one operating system (OS) image file is stored in the second partition. The method of pre-setup comprises executing the boot-up files when a user powers on the computer for a first time, whereupon an OS selection frame is presented. Upon user OS selection, the computer merges the first and second partitions then explodes the appropriate OS image file into the resulting merged partition. The boot-up files remaining in the third partition are executed during a first reboot, subsequently, the third partition is hidden and the OS in the merged partition executed during a second reboot.
Abstract:
A circuit and a method for controlling the write timing of a non-volatile memory are provided. The method includes the following steps. First, a resistance state switching of at least one memory cell of the non-volatile memory executing a writing operation is monitored to output a control signal. The memory cell stores data states with different resistance states. A write timing is input to the memory cell through a timing control line. Next, the write timing is generated based on a clock signal and the control signal. The write timing is enabled at the beginning of a cycle of the clock signal, and is disabled when the memory cell finishes the resistance state switching.
Abstract:
A resistive random access memory (RRAM) and a verifying method thereof are provided. The RRAM comprises at least one resistive memory cell. The resistive memory cell comprises a resistive memory element and a transistor, wherein one terminal of the resistive memory element is coupled to a first terminal of the transistor. The verifying method comprises the following steps: Whether the resistive memory cell passes verification is determined. During a first time period and under the circumstance that the resistive memory cell fails to pass verification, a reference voltage is applied to the other terminal of the resistive memory element and a voltage pulse is applied to a second terminal of the transistor according to a voltage signal to write a reverse voltage to the resistive memory cell.

Abstract:
The power brick assembly includes a solar energy collecting plate carried on a carrier for collecting solar energy to generate electrical energy. A first connecting port is mounted on the carrier so that the carrier is movable relative to the first connecting port. A mechanical rotary power generating unit includes a second connecting port mounted on a brick-like casing and connected electrically and detachably to the first connecting port so that the first connecting port is movable relative to the second connecting port. The brick-like casing receives a battery module for supplying electric power, a driving module for generating a mechanical rotary power output in response to an electric power input, and a control module operable to output the electric power input based on one of the electrical energy from the solar energy collecting plate and the electric power from the battery module.
Abstract:
Memories with low power consumption and methods for suppressing current leakage of a memory. The memory cell of the memory has a storage element and a transistor coupled in series. The invention sets a voltage across the transistor approaching to zero when the memory is not been accessed.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus is provided for monitoring and adjusting a power level of a transmitting component. The method comprises receiving a request from a remote unit to provide a power level associated with a transmitting component, wherein the request is transmitted over a communications protocol. The method includes measuring a power level of a signal provided by the transmitting component in response to receiving the request from the remote unit, and providing the measured power level to the remote unit over the communications protocol.
