    摘要: The present invention discloses an LCD display and related driving device and driving method. The driving method includes: obtaining an accumulated working time of the LCD display; obtaining a high reference voltage corresponding to the accumulated working time; utilizing the high reference voltage to drive the LCD display; making a multiplying product of a transmittance and a backlight magnitude of the LCD display remain equal or proximity. The present invention suppresses the backlight magnitude decrease phenomenon due to the long-used term of the LCD display such that the display quality can be improved.

    摘要: The present invention provides a passivant for hot-dip Al—Zn-coated sheet of which the raw materials include: 2˜6 parts by weight of water soluble molybdate, 4˜12 parts by weight of water soluble manganese salt, 50˜100 parts by weight of basic silica sol and 50˜100 parts by weight of water soluble organic resin. The present invention also provides a method to prepare the passivant for hot-dip Al—Zn-coated sheet including the following steps: adding and dissolving water soluble molybdate and water soluble manganese salt into deionized water; adding basic silica sol into the solution and mixing well; adding water soluble organic resin into the solution and mixing well; regulating the pH value of the solution to 5˜8 by using phosphoric acid. The present invention also provides a hot-dip Al—Zn-coated sheet treated with the present passivant and a method to passivate hot-dip Al—Zn-coated sheet.

    摘要: A source-biasing mechanism for leakage reduction in SRAM in which SRAM cells are arranged into a plurality of sectors. In standby mode, the SRAM cells in a sector in the plurality of sectors are deselected and a source-biasing potential is provided to the SRAM cells of the plurality sectors. In working mode, the source-biasing potential provided to the SRAM cells of a selected sector in the plurality of sectors is deactivated and the SRAM cells in a physical row within the selected sector are read while the remaining SRAM cells in the unselected sectors continue to be source-biased. The source-biasing potential provided to the SRAM cells that are in standby mode can be set to different voltages based on the logical state of control signals.
