In addition, the vacuum closed tube includes a first conductive tube and a second conductive tube both provided between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode and separated from each other by the first insulation spacer, and a first collimator block covering an inner surface of the first insulation spacer and having a first opening.
Abstract:
A host device uses an intermediate frequency determined based on frequencies of a second-order nonlinear intermodulation distortion component and a harmonic component which are generated in an analog optical link connected to the host device, for example, an analog optical link of a distributed antenna system (DAS), and precompensates for the second-order nonlinear intermodulation distortion component and the harmonic component generated in the analog optical link.
Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus and a method for providing a three-dimensional (3D) broadcasting service that may provide a two-dimensional (2D) fixed broadcasting service using a fixed broadcasting signal or a 2D mobile broadcasting service using a mobile broadcasting signal when a transmitter transmits each of a left image and a right image constituting a 3D image using the fixed broadcasting signal or the mobile broadcasting signal, and the receiver receives the fixed broadcasting signal and the mobile broadcasting signal, or may provide a 3D broadcasting service by composing an image received using the fixed broadcasting signal and an image received using the mobile broadcasting signal into a 3D image.
Abstract:
Provided are a stretchable electronic device and a method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method includes forming coil interconnection on a first substrate, forming a first stretchable insulating layer that covers the coil interconnection, forming a second substrate on the first stretchable insulating layer, separating the first substrate from the coiling interconnection and the first stretchable insulating layer, and forming a transistor on the coil interconnection.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of using relay that may continuously transmit data without time division based on superposition coding in a communication system. When transmission of a relay-supported user signal via a base station-relay link is performed, the method of using relay based on the superposition coding reuses a resource allocated to a direct-transmission user based on the superposition coding to perform the transmission. According to example embodiments, a separate resource for the base station-relay link may not be needed, and continuous relay transmission is possible without time division, thereby substantially increasing frequency efficiency and reducing a transmission delay caused by the use of the relay.
Abstract:
A clustering wireless base station includes a group digital processor including a plurality of digital units (DU) and a plurality of remote radio frequency units (RRU) that are connected to the group digital processor through a transport network and that are installed in each service target area. In this case, each DU includes a decoder that decodes upward data that is received from the each DU, and each RRU includes an encoder that encodes downward data from the each DU.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a phase locked loop (PLL) of a digital scheme and a method thereof. More specifically, disclosed are a digital phase locked loop having a time-to-digital converter (TDC), a digital loop filter (DLF), and a digitally controlled oscillator (DCO), and that is designed to have a constant jitter characteristic at all times even though an operating condition of a circuit varies according to a process, voltage, temperature (PVT) change, and a method thereof.
Abstract:
A user authentication system using a personal identification number, includes a user terminal device for requesting issuance of a personal identification number from an authentication server, storing and displaying a personal identification number, and registering reference information used to permit verification of validity of the personal identification number on the authentication server. Further, the user authentication system includes an inquiry device for requesting verification of validity of the personal identification number from the authentication server, and receiving and displaying results of the verification. Furthermore, the user authentication system includes an authentication server for storing issuance information while issuing the personal identification number, determining whether to permit the verification of the validity of the personal identification number, if the inquiry device requests the verification of the validity, and replying with results of the verification, if it is determined that the verification of the validity is to be permitted.
