摘要: Provided are method and system for rapidly predicting foaming tendency of edible frying oil, including: heating the oil; immersing a polar component content detection probe into the oil to measure an initial polar component content of the oil; at a frying state, removing the detection probe from the oil, placing frying food into the oil and frying the same taking out the frying food from the oil after frying, and measuring the largest frying oil foam height and recording the same as an initial foam height; at an air introduction state, immersing the detection probe and introducing air into the oil, and continuing to introduce air and heat thereinto until the polar component content in the oil is 10%; repeating the frying state; and fitting measurements and parameters into a formula.

摘要: A processing system and processing method for blocked microreactor. The processing system comprises an gas intake device, a flushing device, a microreactor to be processed and a plasma processing device. One end of the microreactor to be processed is connected with the gas intake device and the flushing device through a pipeline; the other end of the microreactor to be processed is connected with a waste liquid bottle through the pipeline; and the microreactor to be processed is arranged between electrodes of the plasma processing device. The present invention uses the effective reactivity of plasma and active free radicals in an excitation atmosphere to crack micro blockage in a micro channel in a short time. The method of the present invention has high flexibility and strong controllability, and can select plasma electrodes according to blocked regions to crack the blockage in a specific region.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a method for processing oil crops with rhodotorula, and belongs to the technical field of fermentation. The method includes the step of inoculating the rhodotorula (such as Rhodotorula mucilaginosa, Sporidiobolus salmonicolor and Rhodotorula glutinis) that can produce carotenoid into a fermentation medium that contains oil-rich oil crops for solid state fermentation to obtain oil and oil crop meal rich in carotenoid. The carotenoid as a fermentative metabolite of the rhodotorula has bioactivities of resisting oxidation, preventing vascular sclerosis, enhancing immunity and preventing cancers. Contents of carotenoid in the oil and oil crop meal acquired by the method can be up to 9.071 μg/g and 8.062 μg/g correspondingly. By the method, the oil and oil crop meal rich in carotenoid can be acquired at the same time by just once fermentation and once oil pressing without additional functional substances, and thus the production cost of the functional oil and the fermentation oil crop meal is greatly reduced.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method to improve the encapsulation efficiency and physicochemical stability of ginsenosides Rg3 and CK nano-emulsion, belonging to the field of functional emulsions. The method to improve the encapsulation efficiency and physicochemical stability of ginsenosides Rg3 and CK nano-emulsion, includes the following steps: (1) WPI, Tween 80 and water were mixed evenly according to the amount ratio of 0.5 g:0.5-0.7 g:50 mL to obtain the aqueous phase; (2) Mixing a saponin extract containing the minor ginsenosides Rg3 and CK with edible oil evenly to obtain the oil phase; (3) Mixing the aqueous phase with the oil phase, carrying out shearing dispersion to obtain coarse emulsion, and then allowing the coarse emulsion to be subjected to microfluidization homogenization to obtain an oil-in-water nano-emulsion containing the minor ginsenosides Rg3 and CK. The nano-emulsion of the disclosure has a high encapsulation efficiency of Rg3 and CK, good physicochemical stability during storage, freeze-thaw cycles, heating, and other industrial treatments, which could be used to improve the bioavailability of minor ginsenoside Rg3 and CK.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a Bacillus subtilis strain, a recombinant B. subtilis strain and use thereof, belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation. B. subtilis strain RF1-6 provided by the present disclosure is a mutant strain with the highest riboflavin yield screened by gene modification and mutagenesis using a high riboflavin-producing strain RF1 as a starting strain, deposited at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) under accession number M 2022565. Riboflavin yield can be increased by 22.8% compared with that of the high riboflavin-producing strain RF1.

摘要: An apparatus for suturing includes an inner strut, a spiral suturing needle, a driving mechanism, a recovery mechanism, a suture-taking-up mechanism, and a suture-feeding mechanism. Grooves are distributed on periphery with respect to an axial direction of the inner strut, a path of the groove is consistent with a path of a metallic stent to be sutured, and a width of the groove matches an outer diameter of the spiral suturing needle; the spiral suturing needle is an elastic retractable structure and a length of the spiral suturing needle without deformation is longer than a length of the path of the groove, and a suturing needle tip is arranged on a head portion of the spiral suturing needle and a suture-piercing hole is arranged on a tail portion of the spiral suturing needle.

摘要: Disclosed are a protective starch-based film and its preparation method and application, belonging to the field of food packaging. According to the method for preparing the protective starch-based film, surfaces of zinc oxide nanoparticles are enabled to adsorb tannic acid and iron ions under the action of metal coordination by controlling the pH to obtain metallic polyphenol network coated zinc oxide nanoparticles, dispersion of the obtained nanoparticles is added to a starch gelatinization solution, and a melanin-like precursor is simultaneously added to form mixed liquid; and by controlling the pH of the mixed solution, π-π stacking, self-polymerization and metal coordination are induced, so that a stable protective starch-based film with a nano-reinforced interpenetrating network structure is formed. The method is simple, green, pollution-free and energy-saving, and the prepared starch-based degradable film has remarkable ultraviolet-shielding, mechanical and antibacterial properties, thus having wide application prospects in the field of food packaging.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for detecting aflatoxin B1 based on fluorescent copper nanoparticles, belonging to the technical fields of analytical chemistry, materials science and nano biosensing. In the disclosure, β-CD@DNA-Cu NMs are prepared by using Y-shaped DNA as a template, ascorbic acid as a reducing agent and β-CD as a fluorescence stabilizing and enhancing agent. Then, a ratiometric fluorescent probe is constructed based on the β-CD@DNA-Cu NMs. Finally, the detection of AFB1 with high sensitivity, high selectivity and high accuracy is achieved by using the fluorescent probe. According to the method of the disclosure, in linear ranges of 0.03-10 ppb and 10-18 ppb, a ratio value of I433 nm/I650 nm and a concentration of AFB1 exhibit a good linear relationship respectively, and a limit of detection is 0.012 ppb (S/N=3). Metal ions Ca2+ may be replaced with Yb3+, Y3+, Er3+ and Pt2+, which are also suitable for increasing sensitivity of AFB1 in rice.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a low-viscosity thermosetting starch adhesive for particleboards, and a preparation method therefore, belonging to the technical field of adhesive preparation. The adhesive of the present invention selects N-hydroxyethyl acrylamide or acetoxyethyl methacrylate as the crosslinking monomer, which has a low degree of crosslinking in the process of adhesive preparation to avoid the problem of increasing viscosity, but can cross-link quickly during the hot pressing process, forming a network structure, and improving the water resistance of the adhesive; and furthermore, itaconic acid is added to promote the self-crosslinking reaction of the crosslinking monomer in the hot-pressing process, thus further improving the water resistance. The properties of the manufactured particleboards reach the standard of P2 type particleboards, so that the adhesive can be suitable for mass production and can be widely applied in the preparation of wood decoration, particleboards, plywood and fiberboard.
