    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for the production of addition compounds by converting an epoxide component (A) comprising at least two epoxide functions with at least one amine component (B) comprising a primary amine function in a continuous operation in a reactor, with the epoxide component (A) and the amine component (B) being continuously supplied in a molar ratio from 5:1 to 1:50 such that in the reactor a reaction mixture product develops comprising the epoxide component (A) and the amine component (B), as well as the conversion products from the epoxide component (A) and the amine component (B), which is drained from the reactor in the form of a product flow, with 10-100 mol % of the epoxy functions introduced into the reactor via the epoxide component (A) being converted in the reactor. The addition compounds yielded are preferably used as cross-linking and dispersing agents.

    摘要: A metal coating method excellent in corrosion resistance, which comprises: using a cationic coating composition containing a base resin and a curing agent; and forming a film onto such as a metal having a glass transition point (Tg) of from 60 to 95° C., and an oxygen permeability of from 5×10−13 (cc·cm/cm2·sec·cmHg) to 5×10−11 (cc·cm/cm2·sec·cmHg) at a film thickness of 20 μm. The base resin is a xylene-formaldehyde-resin-modified amino-containing epoxy resin obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (1) having an epoxy equivalent of from 180 to 2500 with a xylene formaldehyde resin (2) and an amino-containing compound (3). The curing agent is a blocked polyisocyanate compound obtained by blocking an isocyanate group of a polyisocyanate compound with a blocking agent.
