    摘要: A pump device includes a shaft, a first gear pair, a second gear pair, a support pin, and a casing. The first gear pair includes a first driving gear which is disposed on the shaft and is rotatable together with the shaft, and a first driven gear driven by the first driving gear. The second gear pair includes a second driving gear which is disposed on the shaft coaxially with the first driving gear and is rotatable together with the shaft, and a second driven gear driven by the second driving gear and arranged coaxially with the first driven gear. The support pin penetrates the first driven gear and the second driven gear and rotatably supporting the first driven gear and the second driven gear. The casing covers the first gear pair and the second gear pair. The support pin is fitted to the casing to be fixed.

    摘要: A method of assembling a scroll pump comprises the following steps carried out sequentially: the step of mounting a first bearing means (20) and drive shaft (14) for rotation relative to a housing (12): the step of fastening a first flange portion (48) of a bellows arrangement (34) relative to the housing (12); the step of fastening an orbiting scroll (26) to a second flange portion (56) of the bellows arrangement (34): and the step of fixing a second scroll (28) relative to the housing (12) for co-operation with the orbiting scroll (26). The second flange portion (56) is fastened to the orbiting scroll (26) with fasteners (60) which extend through a through-bore (61) in the orbiting scroll and engage with the second flange portion.

    摘要: There is provided a fixed displacement suction and exhaust apparatus using coaxial rotary pistons, which can be used for various kinds of compressors, vacuum pumps, fluid transfer pumps or internal combustion engines. In the suction and exhaust apparatus, two rotary pistons 16a and 16b having a plurality of wing plates 17, 57, 18 and 58 radially provided in a housing 2 having a cylinder and two sealing plates, are engaged with each other to be rotated. The rotary pistons are rotatably coupled to two connecting rod elements 41a and 41b of a connecting rod 40 coupled to rotate the crank pin 15a of a crankshaft installed coaxially therewith. The suction and exhaust chambers are produced between the spaces of each of the wing plates of the respective rotary pistons as the rotary pistons rotates at different speeds, according to the teeth proportion of external gears 42a and 42b formed in the connecting rod 40 to internal gears 22a and 22b mounted on the housing.

    摘要: A rotary machine operable as a pump, compressor, motor or internal combustion engine, the machine having a rotor orbiting but not rotating within a chamber in a housing, vanes separating the space within the chamber into working chambers. The rotor is eccentrically mounted on a rotatable shaft, the rotor being guided by lobes on the rotor operating in shaped recesses in the housing. The vanes are vane assemblies biassed outwardly into contact with the chamber wall, and include a plurality of vane blades to give a labyrinth seal effect.

    摘要: An improved drive train for a progressive cavity device is disclosed. The progressive cavity device has a rotor, a stator, means for fluid to enter between said stator and rotor, and means for fluid to exit therefrom. The rotor is adapted to roll with respect to the stator. The improved drive train comprises means attached to the rotor, for rotation substantially about a single axis, whereby the rolling of said rotor and the rotational motion about said single axis are directly connected and are at different speeds. At least a portion of said means attached to the rotor is aligned with the true center of the rotor.

    摘要: This invention relates to an improvement in a parallel-axle and inner-axle rotary piston engine having a housing with radial seals and enclosing working chambers, a piston corresponding in the outer contour thereof to a basic trochoidal shape, a followup drive traveling in sliding bars and forcibly effecting the piston movement, a sleeve on the engine drive shaft to which sleeve the piston and parts of the follow-up drive are nonrotatably connected, the improvement comprising a plurality of pistons and coordinated working chambers mounted in tandem in the axial direction of the engine, the axes of symmetry of said working chambers being positioned in housings pivoted by an angular amount with respect to each other, and said pistons being mounted on said sleeve pivoted with respect to each other in each case by double the corresponding angular amounts.
