摘要: In order to improve a reciprocating piston compressor for a refrigerant circuit, comprising a crankcase, in which a collecting chamber for lubricant is arranged, a cylinder housing, in which at least one reciprocating piston is movable in an oscillating manner, a valve plate which closes the cylinder housing and in which at least one inlet valve and one outlet valve are arranged, and a cylinder head, in which a suction gas duct which runs to the inlet valve and a compressed gas duct which leads away from the outlet valve are provided, in such a manner that excessive accumulations of lubricant can be avoided, it is suggested that a lubricant suction conduit be provided which has an inlet opening associated with the collecting chamber and an outlet opening associated with the suction gas duct and that the outlet opening be located in an area of the suction gas duct, in which a static pressure, which is lower than a static pressure in the collecting chamber for lubricant, prevails at least temporarily.

Hydrocarbon consisting of carbon and hydrogen, a sort of natural refrigerant, is used as the refrigerant, and a paraffin-based lubricant, a sort of a mineral oil, is used as the lubricant, so that a lubricating performance and a performance of the refrigerating system can be improved.

摘要: A linear compressor including a well-closed container filled with oil at its bottom; a compressive unit having a frame of a hollow inside the well-closed container to which a cylinder inserted, a piston inserted into the hollow of the cylinder, for linearly moving upward and downward by driving of a motor installed at the cylinder, and a discharge cover for covering one end of the cylinder; and an oil supply unit mounted at the lower side of the compressive unit, for pumping oil, wherein the oil supplied from the 01 oil supply unit to the compressive unit exists within the compressor unit in either case that the compressor is operated or stopped. Accordingly, even when the compressor is stopped, the oil remains in the compressive unit, so that when the compressor is re-started, the friction portion between the cylinder and the piston is lubricated, preventing abrasion of the friction portion. Thus, a reliability of the compressor is highly improved.

摘要: Provided are a hydrogen compressor and a hydrogen filling system capable of increasing purity of a hydrogen gas via surely discharging oil trapped from a discharged gas and accumulated in a vessel even during operation of the compressor, and also preventing leakage of the hydrogen gas from an oil discharge pipe. The hydrogen compressor includes vessels of a snubber and a filter each arranged at a downstream side of the final compressing stage of the compressor. The hydrogen compressor further includes oil discharge pipes each connected with a bottom of each vessel, and level sensors each detecting a level of oil accumulated in each vessel. The oil discharge pipes include automatic valves configured to open/close based on detection values of the level sensors. The oil discharge pipes join to be an oil discharge pipe including a manual valve controlling an oil flow rate in the oil discharge pipe.

摘要: A reciprocating compressor with a gas bearing is configured to support a portion between a cylinder and a piston by the gas bearing and induce a resonating motion of the piston by the use of compression coil springs. Therefore, a proper resonating motion of a vibrating body can be induced by the use of the gas bearing, without using plate springs, and accordingly manufacturing costs and the number of assembly processes can be reduced and the installation direction of the compressor can be freely designed.
