摘要: When there is a shift command for the transmission (3) during or immediately after clutch touch point learning, a shift operation value for the transmission (3) is reduced compared to what it normally is (steps ST11 and ST12). Reducing the shift operation value in this way enables the change in the rotation speed of an input rotating body at the time of a gear shift operation to be gradual if that gear shift operation is during or immediately after clutch touch point learning. As a result, inertia torque, and thus shift shock, can be suppressed.

摘要: A method and a device for controlling a clutch, for example an automatic friction clutch forming part of a drive train of a motor vehicle, for a torque transfer between an engine and a transmission, with the clutch having significant clutch way points assigned to it. For achieving the operational readiness of the clutch over the shortest possible time period, whereby an accurate clutch adjustment is still guaranteed, a clutch way point coordinate system is monitored by checking the point of engagement of the clutch, established through a learning process and having at least a relevant clutch way point for the starting procedure. In case of any recognized change(s), the clutch way point is suitably corrected or otherwise used as is.

摘要: A hydraulic pressure control device is provided that that controls hydraulic pressure of a clutch supplying torque to a continuously variable transmission while the vehicle is stopped and in a running range. The hydraulic pressure control device has an control section that estimates a clutch engagement hydraulic pressure for changing the clutch from an engaged state to a disengaged state based the hydraulic fluid pressure acting on the clutch during the stopping of the rotational movement of a primary pulley of the continuously variable transmission, and then controls regulation of the hydraulic pressure to the clutch from an engaged state to a disengaged state, when the vehicle is stopped and in the running range, so that the torque from the engine does not rotate a secondary pulley of the continuously variable transmission.

摘要: A process for learning the pressure and volume characteristics for a given torque-transmitting mechanism is established on the final assembly line wherein a powertrain incorporating the desired transmission learning is installed within a vehicle. During the test process, the vehicle speed is generally maintained at Idle and the vehicle shift mechanism is maintained in Park, thereby mechanically locking the transmission output shaft. The torque-transmitting mechanisms to be learned are then engaged and disengaged in a predetermined sequence and the volume of the torque-transmitting mechanisms and the pressure characteristics of the controlling solenoid are learned.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to achieve stabilization of clutch transmission torque at the point of half clutch completion during a garage shift upon vehicle start up, and to thereby achieve smooth clutch engagement. In a vehicle power transmission device in which a fluid coupling and a wet friction clutch are provided in series at points on a power transmission path which extends from an engine to a transmission, and which performs engagement/disengagement control of the clutch by varying the pressure of operating fluid used for engagement/disengagement driving the clutch in accordance with duty pulse signals outputted from an electronic control unit, clutch engagement control is begun at the same time as (t1) the transmission is put into gear in a state of clutch disengagement when a vehicle is about to start up from a standstill. When the difference in rotation between the input and output sides of the fluid coupling reaches or exceeds a predetermined value (t3) during this clutch engagement control, a duty Dc corresponding to full clutch engagement is outputted from the electronic control unit.
