    摘要: Modified pole piece and armature members reduce the noise level for purge valves, particularly at low temperatures. A raised outer ring positioned on the lower end of the pole piece mates with a raised step on the upper end of the armature. Alternatively, a noise disk made from a flexible energy absorbing material, such as fluorosilicone, could be positioned between the pole piece and armature; also the valve member positioned on the lower end of the armature could be made from the same material.

This is achieved by providing a device between the plunger of the solenoid and a machine member. The device includes a predetermined number of orifices which are of different sizes and placed at different locations.     摘要: The coil arrangement of an electromagnetic valve has a stationary core that is provided with a stop face for having one end of an armature abut thereagainst. The stop face and the one end of the armature is located in a damping chamber, the other end of the armature mounting a closure member for abutting against a valve seat to block fluid flow therethrough. Between the armature and the guide member there is a throttle path that fluidly connects the damping chamber with the valve seat chamber. The electromagnetic valve is especially suitable for conveying contaminated media.

    摘要: A solenoid valve includes a body (2,25) with an internal intake pipe (26) and an internal outlet pipe (27), a coil (4) and a movable stem (3), urged by a spring (10) toward a valve closed position. The stem (3) defines, with a seat (30), an annular sealing surface (22), surrounded by a groove (17) and by an annular flange (18). The flange defines with an annular counterpart (25) placed opposite, an annular damping surface (23). The groove (17) communicates with the outlet pipe (27) through a longitudinal slot (12) provided in the stem (3). The annular flange (18) is in a position near or in contact with the counterpart (25) when the valve is closed. During a closing of the valve, the liquid between the annular flange (18) and the counterpart (25) escapes radially through the groove (17) from the annular damping surface. This produces a braking effect on the stem (3), to reduce wear on the annular sealing surface (22).

    摘要: A fluid control valve and valve assembly including the fluid control valve are disclosed. The valve includes a valve body comprising a supply port and an exhaust port, each of which are in selective communication with a control port. A valve sealing member is located between a supply valve seat and an exhaust valve seat, and is supported for linear displacement between at least a first valve position and a second valve position. In the first valve position, the valve sealing member is pressed against the exhaust valve seat such that the supply port is in fluid communication with the control port and fluid pressure at the control port is high. In the second valve position, the valve sealing member is pressed against the supply valve seat such that the control port is in fluid communication with the exhaust port and fluid pressure at the control port is low.
