The power supplier output current and/or the over-voltage protection threshold and/or the over-current protection threshold are time-varying during the battery is charged. The power supplier performs over-voltage protection and/or over-current protection based on the over-voltage protection threshold and/or the over-current protection threshold from the charging circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a charging system, a charging method, and a power adapter. The charging system includes a battery, a first rectifier, a switch unit, a transformer, a second rectifier, a sampling unit, and a control unit. The control unit outputs a control signal to the switch unit, and adjusts a duty ratio of the control signal according to a current value and/or voltage value sampled by the sampling unit, such that a third voltage with a third ripple waveform outputted by the second rectifier meets a charging requirement. The third voltage is applied to the battery.

摘要: A battery management system of a vehicle is provided to prevent a lithium battery from being overcharged and over-discharged and to safely protect the lithium battery from various conditions degrading the lithium battery when the lithium battery is used as a low-voltage battery in the vehicle. The battery management system includes a relay that electrically connect and disconnects power supplied to a load from a battery and a reconnection switch that determines a connection state based on user manipulation and generates a signal for turning the relay on and off based on the connection state. Additionally, a controller turns the relay on and off based on the connection state of the reconnection switch.

摘要: A reversible buck or boost converter is operable in a buck mode and in a boost mode. In the buck mode, the converter receives a supply voltage via an input terminal and generates a charging current that is supplied to a battery, thereby charging the battery. The supply voltage is also supplied through the converter to an output terminal. In a boost mode, the converter receives power form the battery and generates a supply current and voltage that is output onto the output terminal. The same single current sense resistor is used both to control the charging current in the buck mode and to control a constant current supplied to the output terminal in the boost mode. The output current is controlled to be constant, regardless of changes in the in the battery voltage and changes in the output voltage.

摘要: A power supply system includes data circuitry as well as power circuitry to generate DC power for use by a portable electronic device having a rechargeable battery. The DC power, ground and two signaling lines are provided in a power supply connector which detachably mates with an electronic device power input port. In response to a first signal from the electronic device transmitted over one of the signaling lines, the data circuitry provides an analog signal to the electronic device over the other signaling line. The electronic device determines a parameter level, such as a current level, of the analog signal, and based on the determined parameter level controls charging of its battery.
