Abstract: A rotor is for a permanent magnet embedded-type motor and a motor using the same. A rotor for a permanent magnet embedded-type motor includes a rotor core having a rotary shaft fixed to a center and having a plurality of magnet insertion holes formed to be spaced along a circumferential direction and a plurality of pairs of permanent magnets, respectively, inserted into each of the plurality of magnet insertion holes in a V-shape to be gradually spaced apart from each other toward a radially outer side. Each of the plurality of magnet insertion holes includes a pair of inner sides facing each other, and a barrier hole is formed to expand an inner space of each of the magnet insertion holes to protrude from the pair of inner sides, respectively.

Abstract: It has been discovered that torque ripples can be reduced by adopting a shape in which: the width of a shoe connection formed in a stator of a permanent magnet motor is equal to or smaller than the thickness of each of core pieces constituting a stator core; and a relationship of 0.7≤Wm/(Tm×Gm)≤3.3 is satisfied, where Wm is the length of the long side of a flat plate-shaped permanent magnet embedded in a rotor, Tm is the length of the short side of the permanent magnet, and Gm is the maximum distance from the outer circumference of the rotor to the permanent magnet.

Abstract: To provide a permanent magnet type motor having reduced torque ripple, in which torque ripples for electric angle sixth order and twelfth order are both reduced with a small skew angle.Driving is performed such that phases of currents flowing in two sets of three-phase armature windings 26-1 and 26-2 are different from each other by 20 degrees to 40 degrees in electric angle. A rotor 11 is composed of m stages of rotor component units arranged in the axial direction. The m stages of rotor component units are skewed to have a stage-skew structure such that a skew angle θ (unit: degree) between the adjacent units satisfies 26/m≤θ≤43.2/m (m is an integer equal to or greater than 2) in electric angle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor (2) for brushless type motor with surface magnets (1), having radial stoppers (7) for limiting the angular displacement of the magnets during the assembly of the rotor, and having further axial stoppers (12) to limit the axial displacement of the magnets (1) during the assembly. The stoppers (7, 12) ensure the correct positioning of the magnets without the need for addition of other components, and also guarantee good performance, further avoiding problems related to noise or vibration.

Abstract: A rotor of a permanent-magnet-embedded electric motor includes an annular rotor core having a plurality of magnet insertion holes formed in a circumferential direction, and permanent magnets inserted into the magnet insertion holes, respectively.
