The plurality of heating locations includes a first heating location and a second heating location. The computing device also compares a second temperature at the second heating location to an expected second temperature wherein the second heating location disposed downstream of the first heating location and initiates a second heating cycle at the second heating location if the second temperature is less than the expected second temperature.
