摘要： A fish attracting assembly includes a tree that is positionable between a collapsed position and a deployed position. The tree is may be inserted through an ice fishing hole when the tree is positioned in the collapsed position. The tree is substantially comprised of a buoyant material. Thus, the tree is positioned in the deployed position when the tree is inserted through the ice fishing hole. A camera is coupled to the tree and the camera captures images below the ice fishing hole. A light emitter is coupled to the tree and the light emitter emits light below the ice fishing hole.

摘要： A bowfishing arrow and method of bowfishing. The bowfishing arrow includes a shaft having a main stem. A locking pin is slidably movable within a bore of the main stem. A fish point with a pair of pivoting barbs is secured to the distal end of the main stem. An outer sleeve is longitudinally movable with respect to the main stem and the locking pin is engaged with the outer sleeve to move with the outer sleeve. The barbs pivot between a shooting position, a locked position, and an unlocked position. When in the locked position, an end of the locking pin is clamped between cams preventing the barbs from pivoting to toward the unlocked position and the shooting position until the fish is landed. A one-handed maneuver is all that is required to release the arrow from the fish after it is landed.

摘要： The present invention relates generally to a fishing rod carrier used by persons for transporting fishing rods inside a vehicle. Particularly to an improved fishing rod rack for vehicles that is mountable on the inside of the top of the form of sports utility vehicles, station wagons and hatchbacks. The rod rack retains a plurality of fishing rods securely and protected from damage while keeping the rods highly accessible. This rod rack is easily installed and removed and made of flexible materials so it can be rolled up and stored when not in use. The apparatus is mostly comprised of two carrier members, spaced apart at a desired distances and positioned, substantially parallel to each other across with width of a vehicles cab. The carrier holds fishing rods having a handle at one end and a rod tip at the opposite end. Fishing rods are secured where the handle end of each fishing rod is held by a portion of shock cord on one carrier member and where the tip end of the fishing rods are held by a corresponding portion of shock cord in the opposite carrier member.

A clip is attached to the first end of the body and the second opening is adapted to receive a cord, such as a rubber band. The cord can be attached to a fishing line and the clip is attached to an outrigger line, which is typically used with a planer board. When a fish is engaged on an end of the fishing line, the force causes the cord to break, freeing the fishing line from the trolling line. The shape and color of the body provide visibility to the fisherman in the boat.

Holes may be drilled in each end of the central pipe so that a hook may be inserted in one end, allowing the habitat structure to be hung from a dock or tethered to another stationary object, or retrieved with a boat hook for ease in removal and relocation. Alternatively, the use of coupling connections permits joining one habitat structure to another in order to form a larger habitat structure.

Methods for attaching a radio frequency (RF) transmitter to an animal are provided. The methods can include providing an RF transmitter and providing an injection device having a needle of gauge of 9 or smaller; providing the RF transmitter into the injection device; and providing the RF transmitter through the 9 gauge or smaller needle and into the animal.

摘要： A fishing lure device for use with a fishing line having a blocking portion includes a lure component with an inner passage through which the blocking portion can pass. A lure connector which is connectable to the lure component has a central passage sized for preventing the blocking portion from passing through it. 摘要： The present invention relates to a device for removing a fish from a line. The fish removing device has a generally U-shaped portion that extends into an elongated straight section. The straight section bends into a gripping section, which in one embodiment includes a first and second gripping member. After a fish is caught with a hook on a fishing line, the fishing line is caught in the U-shaped portion and slid down to the hook. The fishing line is then positioned horizontally between a first hand and the fish removing device held in a second hand. The fish is rotated on the fishing line, which applies rotational and gravitational force to the fish thereby dislodging the hook from the fish without having the user coming into physical contact with the fish.
