摘要： An environmental enclosure device for a vehicle includes a passenger compartment formed therein for receipt of an occupant. The device includes a roof portion disposed substantially over the passenger compartment to protect the occupant seated therein from undesirable weather elements or conditions. The device also includes at least one transparent portion extending generally downwardly from the roof portion toward the vehicle such that a space remains between the vehicle and a bottom edge of the transparent portion to allow the occupant to interface with fresh air elements of the outdoors while the enclosure device is in a closed position.

摘要： The base member (7) composing a portion of the bracket (1) of the present invention includes: a fitting section (2) engaged with an attachment opening of the roof trim which is an interior wall member on the reverse face of the substantially elliptical base plate (6); an elastic fitting section (3), which is elongated and is curved into a plane arc shape, elastically engaged with a peripheral edge of the attachment opening on the fitting section (2) opposed with respect to the opening (8); and a flange section (4) coming into contact with an upper face of the roof trim (35). The cross-section of this elastic fitting section (3) is a substantial U-shape. The flexible piece (3a), in which a space for bend is formed, is vertically arranged outside at the base bottom section in such a manner that the flexible piece (3a) rises upward. On the outer circumferential face of the flexible piece (3a), there is provided a non-slip section (9) including a plurality of transverse grooves coming into contact with the peripheral edge face of the attachment opening.

摘要： A vehicle roof includes a preformed inner shell forming the roof lining. The lining is larger than the inside dimensions of the body opening bounded by the rails or sections of the closed body frame. The roof lining is flexible or elastic on the protruding areas, so that it is bendable for passage through the body opening bordered by the vehicle frame, with partial folding in the corner areas downward without permanent deformation and is designed to cover the vehicle frame. The protruding areas of the roof lining therefore form the coverings for the roof frame sections so that additional cover strips and cover sections are not required, even in the corners.

摘要： A roof module for a motor vehicle, with an inner shell molded out of plastic foam which, in the vicinity of its support on the body framework, is divided into an upper layer which can be supported on the body framework and a lower layer that serves to line the body framework. Sun visors and handholds are pre-assembled on the lower layer. In order to improve and simplify assembly of the roof module on the vehicle body, it is envisaged that the upper layer, and thus the roof module as a whole, can be securely fixed to the body framework using just the fixing screws for the sun visors and the handholds. Preferably, captive fixing screws on the bearing elements of the sun visors and the handholds should also be able to be pre-assembled on the lower layer of the inner shell.

摘要： A vehicle comprises a vehicle body, an electric folding roof housed in the vehicle body in a folded state, an electric motor operate to unfold the folded electric folding roof, and a rigid roof designed to be attached to the vehicle body when the electric folding roof is folded and housed in the vehicle body. The vehicle also includes an inhibiting device for inhibiting operation of the electric motor upon detection of the attachment of the rigid roof to the vehicle body. With this arrangement, it becomes possible to prevent unfolding of the folded electric folding roof when the rigid roof is attached to the vehicle body. This leads to the further advantage that failure of the motor can be prevented.
