    摘要: The present invention is provided with: a manipulation unit; a winch device that operates with an actuation mode of either a high speed mode or a low speed mode, and winds in or reels out a wire rope; a selection unit for an operator to select either the high speed mode or the low speed mode; a load calculation unit calculating a suspended load; a tension calculation unit calculating the tension of the wire rope; and a control unit controlling the actuation of the winch device. If the mode selected by the selection unit is the high speed mode, the manipulation unit is manipulated from a neutral state to a non-neutral state, and the suspended load is smaller than a load threshold and the tension is smaller than a tension threshold, the control unit controls the winch device so as to operate in the high speed mode.

    摘要: An apparatus for a crane comprises a large-cavity pressure sensor, a small-cavity pressure sensor, a controller, a telescopic oil cylinder, and a telescopic oil cylinder regulator. The large-cavity pressure sensor can measure the oil pressure in a large cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder. The small cavity pressure sensor can measure the oil pressure in a small cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder. The controller can control an output electrical signal according to a large-cavity oil pressure fed back by the large-cavity pressure sensor and a small-cavity oil pressure fed back by the small-cavity pressure sensor, and, by means of the electrical signal, control a change of the amount of hydraulic oil flowing into and out of the large cavity and the small cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder so as to regulate the oil pressures in the large cavity and the small cavity.

    摘要: An improved method and system for a liftcrane in which a load is lifted through the combined action of first and second hoist drums. The method and system use a first rope wound on one hoist drum and a second rope wound on the second hoist drum. The ends of the ropes opposite the hoist drums are linked together to transmit tension between them. The load is coupled to the ropes. If the take up speed of one of the ropes exceeds the take up speed of the other, the linked ends of the ropes will shift. This condition is detected and the operation of at least one of the first and second hoist drums is modified to bring the take up rates into balance. This system is advantageously used with a hoist block sheave arrangement. This system can also be used with a single rope in which each of the ends of the single rope are wound on a separate one of the hoist drums and the load is coupled to the middle of the rope.
