摘要： Method for creating a crystal/rhinestone template utilizing a sewing/embroidery machine to perforate a medium in a desired pattern. In the case of a multiple-needle sewing/embroidery machine, the machine's needle is replaced by a perforator blade and perforator blade holder which are attached to machine's needle bar. Machine's needle plate is replaced by perforator plate and waste holder. With a single-needle sewing/embroidery machine, machine's needle is replaced by a pressing tool attached to the machine's needle bar. A contact point, a spring, and an arm are attached to machine's presser foot. Machine's needle plate is replaced by perforator plate. A template medium is placed on a work surface of machine. Machine is operated by software that reads a user-specified pattern/motif outline for filling stones in vector form, using innate rules to move machine frame and control hole placement.

摘要： A cutting apparatus has a main body with a hook section, a fixed blade fixed to a predetermined position of the main body, a cutting blade that cuts a sewing material by moving toward the fixed blade, and a drive device that moves the main body between a predetermined retracted position that does not interfere with the sewing operation and a predetermined cutting position for cutting the sewing material. During sewing of the sewing material, the main body is held at the retracted position. To cut the sewing material, the drive device moves the main body from the retracted position to the cutting position, where the hook section hooks the sewing material, and the cutting blade moves toward the fixed blade in response to driving operation of the drive device. The cutting apparatus is disposed a predetermined distance away from the sewing position.

摘要： A tape waste collector assembly is suited for use with a belt loop sewing machine having a tape cutter for cutting a length of tape placed on a tape receiving plate into pieces of a predetermined length so that each of the pieces of tape may be sewn on a garment to form a belt loop. The tape waste collector assembly includes an air source, one or more air pipes pneumatically connected to the air source for blowing compressed air supplied from the air source towards the length of tape placed on the tape receiving plate, and a plurality of tape waste collecting elements such as, for example, a hose, a waste box and the like for collecting tape wastes produced when the length of tape is cut by the tape cutter. A controller controls a plurality of solenoid valves to operate the air pipes and the plurality of tape waste collecting elements so that the tape wastes blown off by the air pipes are appropriately collected by the plurality of tape waste collecting elements.

摘要： A trimming device for sewing machines to trim the marginal edge of work fabric by a cooperation of a stationary blade fixed to the end of a projection arm, and a movable blade fixed to a drive arm positioned above the stationary blade. Between the projection arm and the stationary blade, is a gap for permitting the movable blade to move thereinto. The free end of a resilient plate, which is fixed at its base end portion to the projection arm, normally is substantially in the same horizontal plane as the end of the cutting edge of the stationary blade so as to cover and close the gap. The resilient plate is adapted to be contacted by the movable blade as the latter is lowered to be resiliently deflected into the gap and resume its original position as the movable plate is returned upward, thereby preventing the trimmings from coming into the gap.
