摘要: The present invention provides an adjustable bearing assembly comprising a first bar and a second bar. The first bar comprises a first engagement surface which is configured to engage with a second engagement surface on the second bar. The first bar further comprises a bearing surface opposite the first engagement surface. One of the first or second engagement surfaces comprises a first plurality of teeth aligned in a first direction, wherein the plurality of teeth are configured to engage a plurality of inclined surfaces on the other of the first or second engagement surfaces such that a force applied to the second bar in the first direction causes the distance between the bearing surface and the second bar to vary.

The structure increases a coefficient of dynamic friction between the upper rail and the middle rail, reduce an axial moving speed of the upper rail, achieve a silencing effect, as well as ensure that the upper rail and the middle rail are opened or closed on the lower rail in sequence, improve the transmission stability of the slide rail.

摘要: A method for producing a length-adjustable steering shaft having a hollow shaft in which a toothed shaft is received so as to be axially telescopic. The toothed shaft has a toothing with teeth on an external circumference that extend in the axial direction and which engages in a form-fitting manner in an inner toothing of the hollow shaft. A sliding layer of thermoplastic plastics material is at least in portions attached between the inner toothing and the toothing. In order to enable an improved fastening of the sliding layer to the toothing, prior to attaching the sliding layer, form-fitting elements which for forming a form-fitting connection that is effective in the axial direction are brought to engage with the sliding layer are configured in the region of the toothing of the toothed shaft or the inner toothing of the hollow shaft.

摘要: A hydrostatic linear guideway includes a rail, a slider coupled to the rail, and two load blocks disposed between the rail and the slider. A load portion of each load block is spaced from the groove wall of an outer groove of the rail and has an oil chamber facing toward the groove wall of one respective outer groove of the rail, such that an oil film is formed between the rail and each load block. A bearing portion of each load block is abutted against the groove wall of an inner groove of the slider so that the two load blocks are moved synchronously with the slider. Thus, the hydrostatic linear guideway of the present invention has the oil chamber defined in each load block and does not require additional processing of the slider, achieving the purpose of reducing the difficulty of the manufacturing process.

A semispherical shoe (4), for a swash plate compressor, to be produced by the production method has a base material (5), consisting of a hard material, which has a hollow part along a central axis thereof and a resin layer, consisting of a resin composition, which is formed on a surface of a planar part, disposed on a periphery of the base member, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with the swash plate and on a surface of a spherical part, disposed on the periphery thereof, which is to be subjected to sliding contact with a piston. A resin-filled portion (8) where the resin composition is filled and an empty portion where the resin composition is not filled are formed in the hollow part of the base material. The resin-filled portion (8) and the resin layer are formed by injecting and filling the resin composition into a portion to be formed as the resin-filled portion (8) with the base material (5) being disposed inside a cavity (22) of the injection molding die.

摘要: A support table, a method of loading a substrate, a lithographic apparatus and a method of manufacturing a device using a lithographic apparatus are disclosed. In one arrangement, a support table is configured to support a substrate. The support table has a base surface. The base surface faces a bottom surface of the substrate when the substrate is supported by the support table. One or more gas cushion members are provided above the base surface. Each of the gas cushion members includes a recess. The recess is shaped and configured such that a lowering of the substrate into a position on the support table at which the substrate is supported by the support table causes a localized build-up of pressure within the recess. The localized build-up of pressure provides a localized gas cushioning effect during the lowering of the substrate.
