    摘要: An electronic motion sensor is described, wherein a cavity formed in a case of high flux density material supports a permanent magnet at the bottom. The permanent magnet has a north/south pole orientation in line with the cavity axis. A circular channel is located above, having an axis coincident with the cavity axis and which is filled with mercury. A center contact post is located long the cavity axis in contact with the mercury, extending upwards through the top of the channel. An amplifier circuit supported on a header of high flux density material is placed on top of the channel. The amplifier amplifies the potential difference between the center contact and the case. The header effectively seals the cavity of the case.

    摘要: An acceleration sensor comprises a case having defined therein at least one accommodating chamber. At least one magnetic ball is accommodated in the accommodating chamber with a radial play left between the wall surface of the accommodating chamber and the magnetic ball. The magnetic ball is magnetically attracted to a reference position in the accommodating chamber by a magnetic field generating unit. In response to acceleration, deceleration or inclination, the magnetic ball is movable in the accommodating chamber against the attracting force of the magnetic field generating unit. The movement of the magnetic ball is detected by a detector.

    摘要: To increase the responsiveness of a vehicle alarm system to, for example, unauthorized entry through windows, jacking up for removal of parts or vehicle theft as well violent impact by another vehicle, at least one position sensitive sensor has its output signal, which represents the instantaneous position of the vehicle stored after activation of the alarm system. Any change in that position is detected and triggers a warning device when the deviation exceeds a predeterminable amount. The position sensitive sensor may be a fluid-filled vessel the internal resistance of which is measured in a resistance bridge or it may be a variable inductance sensor which is connected to a frequency generator whose output signals are counted and compared with a given value. The system according to the invention may also serve as an accelerometer.

    摘要: A piezoelectric flexible arm member is mounted to a base at one end and supports a torque coil in a magnetic field at its other end. The torque coil comprises a seismic element disposed to be moved in accordance with acceleration forces applied thereto. A voltage is produced across the piezoelectric flexure arm when movement of the torque coil causes it to flex. The torque coil may include means to induce a signal in a position detector circuit representative of the position thereof. Both the signals from the piezoelectric member and the position detector may be used as error signals in a servo amplifier system to provide restoring forces to the torque coil and to produce an output signal representative of acceleration forces. A third conventional error signal may also be employed in the system.
