    Abstract: A damping device for movable furniture part, includes a damper housing, a fluid chamber which is arranged in the damper housing and in which a piston is movably mounted, a tappet which is connected to the piston, at least one seal being arranged between the damper housing and the tappet in order to seal the fluid chamber, wherein the tappet passes through the seal, a compensating chamber which is fluidically connected to the fluid chamber, which runs laterally parallel to the fluid chamber. At least one deformable compensating body is arranged in the compensating chamber in order to compensate for a volume change due to the tappet being immersed into the fluid chamber. The deformable compensating body and the at least one seal are designed together as a single piece.

    Abstract: A release mechanism for selectively connecting and disconnecting a sliding power window from a movable drive block includes a release knob and a release bracket coupled with the release knob by a cable or rod. The release bracket is pivotable between a locked position and a released position by displacement of the release knob. The release bracket includes a drive block pin engageable with the movable drive block and a locking block pin engageable with a fixed locking block. The mechanism allows a boat operator to operate a sliding roof/window manually in case of power failure or the like. The mechanism enables the window to be locked in the opened or closed position, and no tools are required to release the drive or to position/lock the sliding roof/window.

    Abstract: A fast clutch mechanism for an industrial door is provided. A worm is connected to a motor shaft of the industrial door and meshes with a worm wheel which is rotatably mounted on an output shaft of a transmission box. The fast clutch mechanism includes: a clutch sleeve surrounding the output shaft and restricted to be slid axially on the shaft, one end of the sleeve being capable of engaging a corresponding surface of the worm wheel, while the other end having a ring portion extended outwardly; a rotation device including a rotation shaft and a rotation actuating device coupled with one end of the rotation shaft; bevel gear driving device which includes a primary bevel gear mounted on the rotation shaft and a secondary bevel gear engaging with the primary bevel gear; a differential device including a drive gear rotatable with the secondary bevel gear, two follower gears engaging with the drive gear, and two cam shift levers connecting respectively the two follower gears in an axial direction, the two cam shift levers resisting against the ring portion of the clutch sleeve so as to make the clutch sleeve slide between an engagement position and an disengagement position with the clutch assembly. The present invention has the advantage of realizing ease clutch operation on the ground, thus reducing potential dangers.
